Monthly Rentals in Malabe

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this one-bedroom apartment! The space is modern, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, making it feel fresh and inviting. It's fully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals effortlessly. One of our favorite features was the private balcony, which opens up to an expansive view of the adjacent bare lands. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Mr. Tharindu, the host, was exceptional. He was always responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. This place has quickly become our official getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at Nidarshi’s place. It was home away from home where we felt immediately comfortable and she had very thoughtfully kept all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. We loved the nature in the surroundings and kids were overjoyed to see squirrels and birds visiting the backyard. The house is spacious and was free of mosquitoes. We look forward to visiting again.
