Wonderful house with everything you need for your holiday in Greece. The private pool and terracce are perfect, and the private beach a huge plus! Highly recommended!

Truly beautiful villa! The photos simply do not do this place justice - this wonderful ‘wow’ factor home & surroundings are gorgeous. My family felt immediately at home & relaxed. Villa was clean, well stocked with equipment & our hosts Eleni & Marinos were lovely - both on hand when required & respectful of our privacy. We received a welcome package which was very thoughtful. Filter machine meant no need for bottled water. We walked up to Old Hersonissos a couple of times & enjoyed some lovely food & a little shopping in a vibrant atmosphere. Also we went shopping down in Limenas Chersonisou. We enjoyed BBQ at our villa, eating outside during a full super moon! 🌖 The mountain, the sea view & the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The outdoor gazebo area is fantastic for chilling day or night, with cold drinks (or ice creams) immediately on hand from the outdoor fridge. A/C great for all different areas, but the breeze was just as nice sometimes in the main area. Highly recommend 😊

We had a very nice stay, the house was so lovely, with everything provided even a cleaning service. Restaurants and beach clubs can be reach by foot (approximately 10 min walk). There is a very nice traditional village near the house with excellent restaurants (approximately 15 min walk). But most of all thank you very much Stefani for everything you were so nice and helpful, really many thanks everything was perfect thanks to you 🙏🏼 ☺️

Perfect welcome, very kind and professional... The view is superb and the staff is always attentive... very friendly and excellent restaurant....and perfect breakfast. Accessible and very well maintained pool... And the extra services we requested were done with speed and understanding.... 10 out of 10 to this reservation! Congrats

We had a wonderful stay here. Very peaceful. Often all you will hear are the bells clanging from the local goats. Delicious food at the onsite taverna. Beautiful lodge, with special touches such as a bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us on our wedding. Of note, this villa is very high up in the mountains. If you're flying into heraklian airport that evening, it's a long and dark drive up some very narrow and winding roads, so you may want to make the drive in the daytime. It's about an hour drive up/down the mountain to any other town so be prepared to drive. But the scenery is beautiful...majestic mountains.

This is it - heaven on Earth! Only go here if you can accept this is the best of the best, you have reached perfection, nothing else will measure up. And at some point you will have to leave! Paras was the perfect host, so friendly, knowledgeable and generous. A very interesting and engaging individual. The property is utter perfection. It appears like an oasis, surrounded by lovely plants, trees etc. The whole place is of the highest standard. Even when the wind blew we arrived in the evening to find the leaves etc had been discreetly swept up and the grounds tidied. It has a perfect balance of shade and areas to catch some rays. We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach a few minutes away then evenings in the local area having the finest food. The building is air conditioned and has shutters so we slept so well. We can't thank Paras enough for the best holiday ever.

Anestis was extremely helpful and pleasant and the place is amazing! Great view and sound of the water which was very relaxing. Close to a great beach town which was walkable.

The house was bigger and better than what we thought from the photos. Antonis is quick to respond and quickly sorted out if needed. Recommended! Short distance to most, but you should have a car.

Pasiphae House was something out of a dream! It was beautifully designed in the traditional Crete Village homes style. The location is isolate in the mountains, but amongst a great community of people. We were greeted by Yianna and Koula that gave us the walk through of the house, and we're always in constant communication. Ioanna supplied us with a long list of things to do and try in the area which we took full advantage of. Overall it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

We spent more than 2 weeks in Aspasia's house and we felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and we found everything we needed. Aspasia even organized a yoga mat for me. Communication with Aspasia went smoothly. The bathroom is not the latest, but you don't notice much of it because there is an outdoor shower. A cat visited us every day, we hope she continues to find food sources We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, often we were right on the beach down in Keratokampos, also partly on foot. But the beaches around are all very nice, mostly pebbles on the shore and sand towards the sea. You could snorkel in quiet weather, in the wind we have the waves. There are also two shops: minimarket, supermarket. In the supermarket, the postcards are brought to the post office on Wednesdays at noon. The restaurants are also very good, we were mostly in the taverna Christina.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Vacation away from tourism in the Cretan mountains. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the pool. In September, however, it is already much cooler on the mountain than on the coast. Since a car is absolutely necessary anyway, we were able to switch to the beaches on windy or cloudy days. Konstantinos gave us great tips on request and we were offered free cleaning 2x. Clear recommendation!

Very nice place, good location, quiet, beautiful view, very nice cleaning lady. small downside: 1 hour late for the reception of the accommodation and many mosquitoes in the apartment

A really enjoyable stay at Platankia. It was extremely well equipped and had everything you would need and more, only thing that would help would a microwave - the kids really enjoyed the toys that were in the beach basket and kept them entertained without the need for a TV etc. Be warned wifi is a bit slow but great if you want to disconnect from the Internet for a while. Some really great restaurants, would recommend Vespas for Pizzas and Vitsalo is great for seafood. Everyone in town is extremely friendly and kind and Myrtos is always contactable if you have any other queries. We enjoyed being able to pick oranges and lemons and made enough lemonade to sink a battleship! I really enjoyed the hmock and the slide and swing is great for children. It is extremely private as you have large greenhouses on both sides but at the same time it is super easy to walk into town. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would come back. The gorge is worth seeing and lots of other stuff

Lefteris house is a very nice calm place. Directly at the beach, just a beautiful olive tree garden between our veranda and the beach. Also the private green in front of the beach was nice for relaxing. We have missed nothing. Some good restaurants can be reached by a short walk. Lefteris is very friendly and helpful. We can really recommend this place. And we will come back Beate and Rüdiger

We (father, two children) booked Yanna's house for 9 days in April 2025. Yanna and her husband Yiannis gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was very easy. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside with an east-facing view toward the sunrise. You quickly learn to appreciate breakfast on the patio! The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need, and had comfortable beds. The highlight is certainly the outdoor area, which has been lovingly designed. The old coastal road is below the property, and traffic can be a bit annoying during the day on weekdays. However, it is quiet at night and on the weekends. A car is essential; it's a 10-15-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos (pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets). Yanna can give good tips for restaurants in the area. Cretan hospitality is well known, but Yanna and Yiannis have taken it to the next level!

The place was simply amazing. Quiet, clean and beautiful. A nice pool and a beautiful big garden made the experience even better. Furthermore, Kostantinos was one of the most hospitable hosts I ‘ve ever had. Always responsive and helpful no matter the time. We would always come back and we recommend the place without any hesitation!

Great apartment with a great view of the entire city of Malia. Location private and alone on the mountainside above Malia, should/must have a car due to the location on the mountainside. Very kind and welcoming host who is easily accessible on the phone. Many great restaurants in the old town just below the mountainside. We've had a wonderful few weeks here.

I really liked the place and the hosts of Bella Vista. The hosts, especially Evi, have their hearts in the right place and have tried to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They were always available and gave me tips for things to do and places to eat. All Bella Vista accommodations are unique and a reflection of the culture of Crete. I found my place especially breathtaking. The room was very nicely decorated and I had incredible panoramic views of the city and sea. I highly recommend the place and especially the hosts. You feel comfortable right from the start.

A great old house on the edge of a small village, quiet location, great views from the terrace of the Dikti Mountains. Beautiful, not visible garden with great pool. The home is well equipped, nothing is missing for a relaxing holiday. In the village there are two taverns, two smaller supermarkets can be found in Tzermiadon. Perfect location to explore the Lassithi plateau and get a lot of the country life off the tourist trails. Upon arrival, we had snacks, fruits, milk, juice, water and wine ready for us. Maria-Ioanna was always available for questions and everything about the booking. Also a problem with the pool technique was fixed within a few hours, so the swimming fun could continue. Check in and check out was extremely easy. It was a relaxing holiday. The house is highly recommended for those who appreciate the special.

We will miss it. The house and pool were great. We had a wonderful time there. We also took the cats to our hearts right away.❤️ In 2 years we'll be back.

Eva was extremely welcoming from day 1, and helped with recommending where to travel and visit on the island! Eva’s English is close to perfection! The hotel itself is very clean and peaceful. It is a 7/8 minute walk to the closest beach which is great, however the pool at the hotel is a brilliant alternative when you want something a bit closer to your room. The room was clean upon arrival and had all amenities you need to be self-catered (hob, oven, microwave, chopping board, knives, forks, spoons etc), the bathroom was great too. There was air conditioning too, which was a life saver given the hot temperatures! My room was facing out to the ocean with a balcony, and it was beautiful to watch the sunset of an evening. There is parking if you have a car too. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Evalia Apartments to anyone. Thanks Eva!
