Family-friendly vacation rentals in Makati

The unit had a great location. Near a park, restaurants, stores, had 7/11 on the ground floor which was very convenient for guests staying for several days. The linens were clean and Daniel sent Care Taker to clean and change towels in the middle of our stay. Having a Washing machine is a big plus. There were minor updates and renovations that could improve the look when completed. In summary, we had a pleasant stay. Might consider booking unit again in the future.

5/5, clean space, perfect for chilling, spacious even with 4 people. We accidentally locked the cr door from the outside but found out it has no key 😭. We got stressed a bit but glad that the owner was easy to reach and gave us instruction on how to unlock it.

The place was homey. There were 2 bedrooms; you get privacy, everything u need was there. Perfect stay for a family.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

Pros: This apartment was really nice. Has everything you need except washing machine, but it can be done downstairs going towards supermarket. Bigger bedroom has clothes hanger which was a nice surprise since it's not shown in pictures. The location is very good. Very close to supermarket and just 15 minutes drive to BGC. Cons: We've seen few roaches but not too much. Bathroom lacks shelves for hygiene stuff.

If you're looking for a peaceful, not too crowded place to stay, a place close to restaurants and have flexible routes to anywhere in manila?. manuel's place is highly recommended. Super responsive host as promised.. he even does you a tour around the amenities that you might be needing on your stay. Looking forward to booked again on the next holidays!

The building of the condo was very professional, clean and modern. Great place to stay. Right in the heart of all the restaurants and shopping.

I stayed at Anna's place in BGC for a few days. Anna was very responsive and helpful through the check-in process. The location is great, right next to Venice Canals mall which has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Nightlife is a short taxi away also, if that's what you seek. The room was very clean and the AC worked great in the hot Manila days. Staff on hand were very friendly and it was always quick to get a grab drive. Overall a great experience.

Great location! Easy to walk to many places or to get a tricycle. Family friendly, well stocked and prepared unit! Fun pool amenities for the whole family!

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed at Vince’s place for the duration of the Manila Live tournament. It was exactly as describe, very close to the train station and handy mall downstairs. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, Vince was very responsive with every request, nothing was too much of an ask. Will most definitely stay here again

I can't remember anymore how many times i've stayed in Ms. Mera's place. 😅 still my go to place to stay in Manila. 🙂

A fantastic place as a Manila base. Spacious and clean with easy access to a swimming pool and great restaurants around. A pretty high end and secure neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Ms. Rosary is very kind host. She quickly sent assistance during our stay at her unit when we have concern. Also her housekeeping personal, Ms. Maricris is very approachable. The unit is clean and we enjoy our stay.

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Very convenient location

The location is perfect—close to the mall and other places. The parking spot near the elevator was super convenient. The room was spacious, but I wish there was a proper dining table instead of the bar table. The bed and pillows were a bit too firm, but the host provided softer pillows.

Well decorated and functional place. Ana is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come and stay again.

Happy with my stay here. Julie was responsive and extremely helpful and courteous. The location has three groceries within walking distance, and getting a Grab proved to be easy. I think the only thing I would like to see changed is some of the cooking utensils. The hot plate was excellent, but some of the pans could be updated. Overall, great stay! Second long stay with them! Very friendly mother - daughter tandem and easy to talk to. I had to extend twice and their schedule is flexible. Very responsive and hospitable and very friendly! Looking forward for my next Philippine vacation! God bless MC and Diane! :)

We will definitely comeback! It was really fun, as a longterm renter, all amenities were available and its very relaxing.
