Great stay for the price

It was my first time in Manilla solo and I felt very safe and comfortable at Riza’s place. I stayed overnight as I needed to catch a flight the next day and was the perfect place to stay! Think it only took me 8 mins to get to the airport! Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Manilla! 😃

Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

I appreciate how Brian and team were responsive and accommodating when I had to cut my stay short due to a change in an event's schedule that I was supposed to attend. The place is clean, secure, and just a walking distance away from establishments such as the East Ave Medical Center, Philippine Heart Center, and places to eat. Tricycles are also available in the area, and can also be easily located for Grab bookings.

I had to check in late but Ms. Lily waited for me. Such a wonderful place and looked like the photos.

Staying for almost a month here and I could say i had a great stay. The unit was so clean and the owner was very helpful, polite and she replied faster to any questions and inquiries.

Jeanne was very accommodating with us. I was traveling with my senior citizen mother on a wheelchair but she patiently assisted us till we made us to our room. Vertis mall is near but then no direct access from the place to the mall. You have to move around several blocks away. But overall the place location is peaceful.

Everything about the place is amazing, and the host is exceedingly kind, accommodating, and quick to respond. The visit was enjoyable for my friends and me, and we definitely plan to return! Once more, thank you!

Kudos to the host for granting our request to extend twice, even though time was already tight. They are very accommodating and always respond to our inquiries and concerns. We will surely come back and book again!

My first time staying at Gomez House and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and all amenities are working. The wi-fi is kind of slow but it’s not a problem for me at all. Overall a worthy stay for what I paid.
