Megan was really attentive and great to book with! The house felt very comfortable, like I was staying at a good friend’s house for a few days. I loved being so close to downtown and really appreciated the pet friendly hospitality as well!

We (my husband and 2 children) loved staying at Frank's airbnb! In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is in a great location - just a 5 minute walk from Fresh Market for groceries, great restaurants, and right next to the Dinky Line trail for morning walks/runs. The place was spotless and bigger than I thought it was going to be. We had everything we needed and check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. We definitely hope to return again! Thank you!

Jonny's place was lovely. He clearly puts a lot of effort into it. He was extremely helpful, responding to questions almost immediately. My family and I would be happy to stay there again and we highly recommend him.

Great stay, close to Universal Studios, was able to stay with my family last minute and nice private backyard. House was clean and easy to find. The washer and dryer were a plus and the home was cute and cozy. Would recommend to anyone visiting Orlando or surrounding areas.

We just left after staying for 12 days and it definitely felt right at home. Monique was always very responsive and even came to bring a pack and play and high chair for my grandson. Any concern I had, it was answered and taken care of. I would recommend this place.

This is instantly become my favorite Airbnb. Such a wonderful and beautiful experience. It’s an absolutely fantastic location while also enjoying the aspect of privacy. This will definitely be my go to anytime that I have to come into Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Dave and Nadia were very accommodating. Quick response to any of our requests. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to numerous dining options.

Very clean home, close to all Disney parks. Street parking was a bit annoying, but it was a good thing we had a garage. Smart TV’s in every room. Overall a great stay and would stay again

Our stay here was great! The home is big and beautiful, the yard is spacious and great for dogs and kids. We had so much fun playing games in the outdoor room and watching movies at night. The kitchen had a bunch of pots and pans easy to cook meals. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

This place was great! Very cozy, wonderfully private and no issues at all. Had a great time relaxing for the weekend so close to downtown Orlando. Will most definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay with their partner in the downtown Orlando area. Bed is very comfy, kitchen is cozy, and all amenities listed are available to be used. We were very pleased with our stay it was comfortable and convenient to all the places we went to visit.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Very very clean and comfortable place to stay. We loved the space and how nice and large the bedrooms were! Bathrooms were very nice as well. The living space was super big. The marsh outside was a nice touch to the neighborhood, made a new turtle friend and saw a few fish.

This house was in perfect condition and in perfect proximity to UCF for our visit with our daughter. Extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and bring our dog with us next time!
