This place is such a great little getaway, the lake out back makes for a beautiful view. They give you a shaded area to park your car, and a cute welcoming once you get inside the home. Alex and Leticia were more than helpful, they responded quickly always. I would definitely recommend and be back here!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

The Guesthouse Collections team is one of the most responsive teams I’ve worked with. We ran into an issue during check in and within minutes I had a response. The unit is beautiful! It’s functional. And the best part is every room has its own AC, which in Florida is a true god send. They also have necessities for the tiny humans like a play pen and high chair. Noelle and Tom were amazing! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

His place is located in a stunning neighborhood that is quiet yet close to everything metropolitan, and as a former interior designer, the guesthouse interior is wonderfully-appointed giving it a modern and yet cozy feel. If desire pool time and value privacy, the pool is tucked away behind the guesthouse. Finally, you are a short drive from Camping World Stadium (formerly the Citrus Bowl), Kia Center (formerly Amway Arena), Dr. Phillip’s Performing Arts Center, Lake Eola for a stroll and dinner, The Grand Bohemian hotel lobby lounge for extraordinary culinary delights and notable mixology, as well as 30 minutes from the theme parks and the best designer outlet shopping in America (Prime Outlets and Premium Outlets) and an hour to New Smyrna and Daytona Beaches.

The place is perfectly placed for either shopping or visiting parks. Plus a lot of restaurants around. Room is clean, well equiped, and outside is plenty of parking space. Gabriel was helpful, his instructions were clear; making my stay a pleasant one.

Amazing place and the host was incredibly helpful, down to surprise details on the kitchen counter and in the fridge. I'd highly recommend this spot, and the outdoor patio is truly something special.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. All communication was very quick and effective, and the host was always kind and helpful. Everything is new, spotless, and cozy. You’ll find everything you need to feel truly at home. If I had to make one small note, it’s that the bed makes a bit of noise, but nothing that affects sleep or comfort. The location is great — just a few minutes from Orlando’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent experience!

This home is truly feels like a home away from home, anything you can think of, Ahladins got it covered. The space matches all the photos and I find it to be even more beautiful and cozy in person. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to all major highways and local restaurants and shops. I have already booked my next stay here and look forward to future ones as well. Highly recommend, you will not regret!
