House vacation rentals in Maitland

Rodrigo’s place was absolutely perfect for us. 2 adults 2 kids doing the Disney parks. 15 minutes from the parks, lots of shops, takeaways and restaurants super close. Property was as described and pictured. Location was ideal. Very quiet and peaceful. I am seriously struggling to fault it, if I was being super picky maybe some outside lights for the pool area at night would be good. Will come again on our return to Orlando for sure.

I had such a great stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The house was spotless and exactly like the photos no surprises, just comfort. Kim was fantastic super responsive, which made the whole experience even better. One of my favorite parts was the peaceful backyard. It was the perfect place to unwind. Very nice inside and spacious backyards closed in games for the children and family to do lots of beds I like that you can shut the master door and everybody can still get to the bathroom as a huge thing for me.

In town for a baseball tournament. Location to the fields was great — less than a 10 minute drive! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the field. We appreciated the grill and used it to make some hamburgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

My family and I stayed here for a few days in we generally enjoyed our stay. The bonus was that it was pet friendly and the pool was a nice touch! It being close to the road did not bother us, we actually really didn’t hear any noise everyone slept peacefully. My dog loved the yard. Everything was comfortable. Universal was only like 20mins away so the back the forth wasn’t an issue. Thank you again!

Grear stay!!! We were extremely surprised when we walked in the door. It was exactly as the photographs. The airbnb was very clean. We did encounter a few flies in the airbnb but my son was able to get rid of them. I texted the hosts and they responded right away. They were apologetic and assured me that it had never happened before and would look into it. The very next day, they sent someone to try to figure out the problem. I believe it was because the garbage bin was next to the airbnb. Once it was moved over to the other side, we did not experience anymore flies. The airbnb was closed to Full Sail University, where my son did a one week summer program. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. I was able to buy groceries and at times get them delivered. I was able to cook in there two range burner which was my number one reason for staying at an airbnb instead of a hotel. The airb had the pots, pans, and dishes. I did not rent a car and the Uber service was great.

Like a resort in the middle of a very nice peaceful neighborhood. Family and dog friendly. Fabulous pool area and beautiful yard. Games and entertainment options throughout. Pleasant spots for meals. Fully equipped kitchen and all necessary home amenities. Cozy rooms. Comfortable bed in master. Convenient location to grocery and dining. Super clean pool with great deck and abundance of relaxation spots outdoors. Tropical feel with all the plants and flowers. In a word… relaxing.

The location of the Airbnb was perfect for me! It was walkable to the venue I needed to go to, and it was so close to everything Winter Park has to offer. The decoration inside the house was well suited for the space, and I really loved my experience here. I would definitely book this again next time I’m in the area.

Everything was perfectly fine, only upon entry the floors definitely were not swept well or mopped. As far as just that the stay was great. Video games were a treat for us, got to jam out on guitar hero and enjoy my time there. Definitely recommend the stay !

This sweet little suite met all my needs for a week visiting friends. There was an internet problem one day, but Diana stayed in communication with me and the malfunction was corrected in a timely manner. The place is clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely return.

Beautifully remodeled home in popular area. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas exquisite. Host is very accommodating and responsive.

This airbnb is seriously a gem! It’s right off Mills Ave and close to all the amazing spots in Orlando. My friends and I loved the backyard. The home was also really clean and the beds were amazing!
