Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no window facing the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we enjoyed the silence and tried to preserve it.

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well-equipped and very well-located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer any questions we had. Thanks again, we recommend this place without a second thought ☺️

Kind and available hosts. Beautifully decorated volumes. A perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful shower room resembling the Romans terms and a cherry on the cake: a beautiful and real wine cellar whose access is most original ...We had a great time there!!

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
