I couldn’t have been more excited when I saw this property. From the moment I walked in,it felt like Home! There were fresh flowers and a welcome note on the counter, which was really sweet. The host , Mary Ellen did a fantastic job on the renovations and styling the home. You can tell that she put a lot of thought and effort to create a great experience for her guests. The place was very clean and stocked with everything a guest could need. Including an organized kitchen with plenty of storage, cleaning supplies, nice sheets and towels and comfy beds. There is even all the necessary products in the bath/shower. What I really appreciated the most was the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for my Golden Retrievers. Since I’m not from the area, Mary Ellen was very helpful to share her suggestions on places and things to see. I’m so grateful to have found a true “ Home away from Home”. I would strongly recommend that if you are in the Lynchburg area, you should contact Mary Ellen.

Brandon’s place was a great stay for two people and two small pets. The place is cozy with helpful long-term amenities. We stayed here for a little over 2 months while moving from out of state and looking for a house. Green flags: 3 bedrooms, pots, pans, pantry space, coffee maker and kureig, smart tv with streaming apps loaded, full and half bath, linens and blankets, off street parking, smart lock on the door, great laundry facilities, pet friendly, cleaning supplies Beige (not red) flags: window A/C only, ceiling fan in only 1 bedroom, tired furniture, not pleasant for long term stays, hard bed (good for some, not us), lack of plugs by the bed, older pans and no spices These are just our thoughts. Everyone’s needs are different. Brandon was super helpful with anything we asked and friendly. He allowed us to use the extra basement space that’s not listed. This was a very pleasant game changer for us.
