The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. Sardinian Country House (Stazzo) overlooking La Maddalena Archipelago. Immersed in nature. Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

We had a great time at Debora's place. Great apartment, very spacious, clean, large, quiet and with great taste. Parking is very easy. The mattresses are very comfortable and of great qualities. Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.

Our stay in the villa was fantastic. The pool is incredible and we loved the grill in the outside dining area. Communication with Jimena & Maurizio was very easy and proactive. Thank you so much! Something small to note: There is a second house on the same property next to the villa. You don‘t see the other guests as the outside area looks the other way but we could hear the family who rented the other house at the same time (which was totally fine because they were not noisy, eg did not play any music). We really enjoyed our stay :)

We were 7 people, with two toddlers and three generations. The house was made for it. The beautiful, well-kept garden, the two terraces and the roof terrace gave enough space. The two sleeping areas were each equipped with their own bathrooms. The household is perfect and amply equipped. We had a very good time and experienced a lot. Thank you very much

Monica's apartment is delicious, well equipped and with a really nice outdoor space (watch out for mosquitoes!). The location is perfect, secluded and quiet but just minutes from the supermarket, from the center of the village of La Maddalena, and above all from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The bridge to Caprera is also a five-minute drive away. Highly recommended, we were traveling with our 8-month-old daughter and the house turned out to be really comfortable. Monica was always available, thank you and we hope to be back soon!
