Vacation rentals with a patio in Madawaska Valley

We were very pleased with this airbnb for so many reasons beginning w location (2nd to none in town), cleanliness (absolutely spotless), comfort (everything we could have asked for and more) communication (see below) and price (very reasonable) The hosts were exceptional with their communication and we will definitely plan on booking w Janis and Carrie again! 5☆☆☆☆☆+

Rustic, cozy and charming are only three words to positively describe this home away from home. Completely comfortable, great for readers (some places aren’t) and we would not hesitate to stay again when in the area.

We always try to stay here when we visit the Bancroft area. It just works for us: exactly what we need, always clean and a unique setting. St Ola's Station (across Highway 62) is a great resource with grocery items, gas, and LCBO/Beer Store supplies.

Tom and his wife were wonderful hosts!! Friendly, accommodating, and always available. The home is beautiful, and what a treat having it to ourselves. Breakfast was delish! Great coffee. Stores i.e. grocery, LCBO, restaurants were convenient - but not walking distance. If there was any room for improvement...the pillows could be a little better, and as a senior with a mobility issue - non-slip mat to use in the tub would be greatly appreciated. I would be more than happy to return to this lovely accommodation! (Btw...a visit to NEAT Cafe is highly recommended!).

The cottage is very homie and perfect for what we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is a very gorgeous place and has great views. Would definitely come back!

Die ruhige Lage mit der Nähe zum Algonquin Park hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Zudem war die Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich als Reisende wünschen.

We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The setting is peaceful and private. The large deck supplied with paddle board/kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit were highlights. We had lots of fun swimming and paddling around the lake, which was clear and quiet. The cottage is more on the rustic side, but is as shown in the photos. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! The hosts provided very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, and were quick to respond to messages.

We had a Great Weekend at Nimals Place. Everything was as described and it Looks Even better then on the pictures! Amazing view and completley private. Bring Bug Spray and make sure you don’t leave the door open. Awesome Place and Host! We will come back!

Absolutely lovely spot! We had such a relaxing time here. There was lots to do; kayaking, fishing off the dock, board games, Roku and more. Such a cozy vibe- we are definitely adding it to our list for future getaways. Kees was a great host; very easy to follow instructions and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this BNB. It's very private and peaceful. I appreciated the well-built decks, the horseshoe pits, and ample wood for the fire pit

Kelly's place was absolutely gorgeous. A cozy cottage in the lap of nature; you're surrounded by natural beauty. Lush green fields, a gushing river and plenty of activities, it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and have a great time. Listening to the sound of the river was absolutely the highlight of our trip and the weather was just perfect for a quick swim. Would definitely go back! Beautiful and easy to reach location and Kelly was super helpful throughout our stay.

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

Really well equipped with a complete kitchen, and even had toiletries. The bed is very comfortable, with lots of room in the bedroom, the living room has an expansive and comfy sectional and a huge smart TV, and the bathroom is clean and has everything you could need. Be aware that this building is not on municipal water so the hot water had a bit of a sulphurous odour and is very soft - not an issue, just come ready to scrub to get the soap off. The dedicated parking spot in front has an outlet available, which was super handy to top up our EV overnight. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near Calabogie.

Great place to stay! Out cottage was a bit small in the living/kitchen area but we made due. Close to the public boat launch which had alot of traffic but that was ok. Water was beautiful and beach area was perfect. Goran was always available to help with questions about his place. My family and fur baby had a wonderful weekend away. The store across the street is dangerous if you have children who like ice cream lol
