This is the best airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, every one of us was indeed impressed with how lovely the apartment was, it’s very spacious and perfect for 4+ people, it’s the ideal location for exploring Madeira by car. As it’s in the central location of the island. The host was amazing left us a welcome basket with loads of different local snacks, they was very welcoming and attended to our needs and provided lots of information about Madeira and activities that we can do Overall for the price and quality of what you’re getting it’s out of this world 🌍 get yourself booked in 👍🏻

Little gem tucked away in the hills of Calheta. Amazing stars at night and the hot tub was a treat. Beautifully clean and hosts were very helpful with good recommendations.

Such a nice Airbnb with great rooftop views! The space was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was great as it was walkable to many different restaurants and the downtown area. Airbnb came with a list of many recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was also helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. It was very clean and comfortable. It has lovely views of the ocean and great location to discover the whole island. There was also everything we needed including the basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and herbs. The only small downside was that the town was a little too far to walk but there are a couple of restaurants that can be walked to. Maria was great at giving us recommendations and helping out when we had issues with our flights.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! (family of 6 people) This one is well located, a beautiful view, very peaceful and private place. It is very well equipped, heated pool (for €30/day), barbecue available, very spacious and clean. Which makes it a great value. We recommend it!

Such a beautiful house on the mountain. You have the sea view. Rui very helpful, he helped us a lot with checking in. You have to be able to drive properly when booking this accommodation. The best way is to use the way according to the instructions of the landlord. The surroundings are fantastic, very quiet and very private. We will definitely come back.

Great, very clean and spacious stay with fantastic roof terrace! Bed slept very much good, quiet area, convenient that there is a small supermarket just around the corner (nice sandwiches too). Larger supermarket in Calheta 3 to 4 kilometers. In the house a lot of closet space and also the kitchen was equipped with every comfort and all kinds of stuff, including washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. Angela has thought of everything! Communication is also always fine, even in advance. If we come back to this area of Madeira, we would definitely love to choose Angela's beautiful home again!

Nice place , beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean, nearby grocery store, cafe, bakery , about 20 min. to the old town ,very good contact with Susana . I recommend this place

My husband and I are in our 60's, we did not hire a car but relied on the buses. The Number two bus is right outside, the number 1 & 3 are down the hill and a bit of a walk, easier for us if we walk a bit of a zig zag- up one block stop for a wee sip and then continue :) the number 4 bus stops about one block down and over a block. We took the bus to Lido and enjoyed the swimming complex with a huge pool, lockers , showers. We enjoyed a few jazz venues, walking along the promenade and roof top views. The apartment was lovely and had a nice cross breeze and a washer/dryer. We would book again. :)

We were allowed to spend 6 nights in Julie's wonderful apartment. Julie has proactively contacted us before and we agreed on our arrival time. She was then on site to hand over the keys and also explained to us everything we needed to know. The place was really just a dream, the view is wonderful and we couldn't get enough of it. It looked exactly like the photos! The kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed, even shower gel and shampoo! Julie was super helpful with a last-minute change in dates. We highly recommend Julie's place!

Very spacious, comfortable accommodation with terrace in the centre of Funchal. The location is quiet and easily accessible near the main market. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The welcome fruit was also nice. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Perfect location! Convenient and functional apartment

Nice apartment, very functional, beautiful view The app was not working (network problem?) at the bottom of the building upon arrival, so we waited a while at the door, unable to contact the owner to enter A little further from the beach than we understood, but very well located

The apartment is in a great location. Tonnes of mixed restaurants nearby (some tourists may prefer if you want home comforts and others authentic Portuguese food) all just a walk away. A short walk to many local supermarkets too which is helpful when you need to quickly grab things. Private pool which was never busy and always quiet! We rented a car and the parking in the apartment is so accessible. We used the apartment as a base for many hikes so drove various distances from here to explore Madeira. Excellent host, great apartment and would stay in this airbnb next visit.

Lovely apartment. Great with free parking in the basement. Close to airport, water and Funchal. Beds and pillows a little hard and duvets a little cold. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

Tastefully furnished apartment. Good location. The underground parking space is important. There was also a good briefing on parking, which was really helpful. We felt comfortable. Lovely view of the old town and harbor. Every now and then it was noisy from the street. The windows shut out the noise well. A successful vacation

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 for 5 nights. Roberto met us for check-in and guided us into the garage, easy to park and utilize the remote control. From there you access the elevator to the 5th floor. The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Our 2 adult children were with us and the room situation was ideal. The weather could have been better, lots of rain, wind mixed with some sun. I chose this over some other homes because of the amazing patio with a view, we didn't use that much due to rain.We ate at Francos the second night, which is around the corner, it was good, but we discovered the streets closer to the water and hotels, and ate in that area the next three nights. We also found a great breakfast/coffee shop called the LOFT in the same area, super yummy and so reasonable. The kitchen was fine, and worked for breakfast on a few days. Good to know there is a washer, but no dryer, so you have a drying rack. We loved our stay here!

A very pleasant stay at this apartment in Forum Madeira in west part of Funchal. The area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, a park, and access to public transit. The apartment is modern and spacious and has everything you need. Bus to airport stops nearby, and buses to downtown do as well. Also, you could walk to the center of Funchal in around 45-60 minutes (with many sites in between). Nice place to work from or use as a base to explore Madeira. I would recommend.
