In this modern designed apartment it is easy to be together. The place is spacious and you avoid stairs if you use the elevator to first floor. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, Swedish standard and 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Hotel standard with big TVs in every bedroom. View is stunning and there is a terrace outside every bedroom. By the terrace there’s a big party room, all by yourselves, with pooltable, bbq, bar, football game and lounge furnitures. License for 8 guests max.

L’alloggio di Helena è il posto ideale per staccare la spina, ricaricare le pile e godersi questa meravigliosa isola che è Madeira. Arredamento retró ed estremamente pulito, con tutto l’occorrente per fermarsi qualche settimana (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, strumenti per bucato e elettrodomestici, forno, microonde). Mancavano soltanto i prodotti di prima necessità quale sale, olio, caffè e zucchero. Vicino a percorsi di trekking. Il centro del paese dista 4/5 minuti a piedi, mentre Funchal circa 20 minuti. Il giardino è immenso e il relax è assicurato! Helena e Roberto molto disponibili e cordiali. Vacanza meravigliosa!

Check in was easy and smooth, communication was very good from the host. We really did feel like we could lean on them if we wanted anything. Very nice and helpful. House was generally very clean and we had a great time there. Big dinner tables for family meals both inside and out and a nice little breakfast bar. Pool was well maintained and kept clean. Kitchen is pretty much stocked with everything you'd need. Only downside I would say is that the garage would've been too small for the original car we had hired, thankfully we ended up getting a hatchback rather than an SUV. The tight roads would've also been an issue for inexperienced drivers. Not a deal breaker though, the house was very nice and spacious otherwise.

Michael and his family are the best hosts we have ever had! Their house is located very close to the entrance of some famous levada walks, it has everything you need and a beautiful view 😍 There is also a beautiful garden, and Michael was so kind to share vegetables from the garden with us, which were delicious! During all our stay Michael was super caring, attentive and helpful, he was really a person host who cares about his guests ☺️ Thank you for everything and we hope to meet you again!

Séjour très agréable - la maison est très jolie et on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons peu profité de l’extérieur compte tenu de la saison, mais l’environnement de la maison est très calme et verdoyant. Nous recommandons cette location si vous cherchez du calme et de l intimité.

If you want peace and quiet, then this is the place. Not far from cafes or restaurants while being able to see the unspoilt island. Central to the Island so not too far from anywhere to explore. Some fantastic walks nearby if you have a head for heights, while not being disturbed by coach loads of tourists. It does get cold in the house in February, so take warm clothing for the evenings, but there is always the wood burner and fireplace to make it comfortable. The table tennis, table football and pool table are a bonus and the swimming pool looked very inviting when the weather is warmer later in the year. A great place for families.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht. Manchmal war es uns leider etwas kalt. Die Lage ist gut und sehr zentral, man kommt überall schnell hin. Paulo war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.
