The hosting is wonderful. All brand new, clean, tidy. Quick and easy check in. It has a great balcony. The gym is pool meet well tbem. The only point that weighed was the location, as it is away from the main points, I had to do everything from Uber. Nearby has a good supermarket and only. The rest need to be by car. Other than that, it's very worth it. Voltaria many times!

Wonderful Studio! Exactly as in pictures and description. Super clean, complete, great air-conditioning, a delicious and super spacious balcony! Near the mall, in a quiet area with a few things close by. In addition, the cleaning and support staff are very attentive! I forgot a ring and they found it and kept it for me. <3 I hope to return soon to this amazing place!

Our stay was great! Very comfortable house, with several amenities, inside a quiet condo and very close to the beach, ideal for spending moments of leisure with the family. Ademar is an excellent host, always very kind and with quick replies.

The place is delightful and really very close to an extremely pleasant and emptier beach compared to the beaches in the region. Close to markets and pharmacies, which makes everyday life easier. The house is very cozy and comfortable, you can spend many days there without missing the things we usually have at home. As something to be considered, and already mentioned in the reviews, is the lack of a refrigerator or at least a minibar on the upper floor to facilitate the use of the pool and barbecue and the lack of a handrail on the previous staircase that can make life difficult for people with reduced mobility or even considering that you may need to go down wet to get things in the refrigerator. The combination of lack of minibar and handrail in an area with a pool is actually a little dangerous. But I would stay again (I hope to stay) in the same space on future trips to the region.

It really is the dream house and Andre is an exemplary and very helpful host. The house is worthy of all the praise. The access to the beach is by the gated condominium itself. The beach at the front is super quiet, ideal for children. I felt safe in the condominium, with 24h concierge and cameras. The items in the house are of quality, especially the bed and bath games. I recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and beautiful place to rest after a day of beach.

My stay was great, Carliane and her team were very good, very proactive and gave us many tips. The host is also great. The house is new and very good. It has a sea view but is a little far from the beach. A car is required for travel. I really liked it, I recommend it
