We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

Hosts are always very quick. I was staying with my wife. The location is good with markets, pharmacy and bakery nearby. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walking to the beach or the craft fair. The apartment has a wealth of details with the distinguished guest. Cleaning every seven days is included and the cleaning lady is very thorough. Even the pillows have their covers changed and have a wonderful smell, just like the towels and sheets. The only thing I didn't use was the bathtub, because the water is cold, there is no heating system, so it's difficult, it really served as a shower and in the gourmet space when it rains there is water that runs right in the middle of the balcony, a real inconvenience, but if you don't go in the rainy season you won't notice, otherwise, the stay was excellent. We loved it!

The apartment is in a perfect location near the beach and supermarket. It is complete if you want to cook and it is close to restaurants as well. Everything is as advertised!! I'll be back.

We love your stay! Easy location, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark bedroom for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drinks! There are also several kiosks on the avenue! Eduardo also recommended very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! There were even two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, quick communication with the hosts, everything perfect. The point of attention is the mess in the bar in front, on the weekend at night and in the early morning it gets a little complicated to sleep. For those who like peace and quiet, I do not recommend it from Friday to Sunday.

Great place... wonderful apartment, the only thing missing is a clothesline because there is no laundry area. Miriam is a wonderful person, super helpful... she gives you several directions to places... I will definitely be back😍

if I were to talk about what I didn't like, it would be the time of entry and exit with the car. The floor was always squeaky. But that was all. Everything was impeccable.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

Ed. Côte D'Azur is very well located in a prime area of Maceió. Apartment 114 is spacious and super nicely decorated. It has almost everything you need (I just missed an Air Fryer). Paula Mauro is a great host and communication with her is easy and fast. I stayed there for 2 months and I have nothing to complain about. Perfect stay, and I intend to return very soon.

Excellent stay, super well located near the beach of jatiuca and restaurants, condominium with 24h market, gym, apartment was super clean and the owner always responded very quickly, I recommend it for anyone who wants comfort and ease

Wonderful stay, the place has everything I wanted, beach access and direct contact with nature. The bungalow is beautiful, it was organized and clean, we felt at home. The infinity pool is a spectacle apart, the condominium itself offers a lot of leisure, it is close to several beaches and I recommend going to the Santoregano pizzeria, a wonderful place. Albano was helpful and kind from the beginning to the end of the stay, making communication easy and proactive. We love and are grateful for the moments lived there! May we return soon!

Everything was perfect. Luis is a great host. He responded quickly to my messages and took care of leaving us chairs and umbrellas for the beach. He allowed us to stay a little longer in the apartment because our flight was in the afternoon. Thank you so much for everything. Have a good life, Luis

Alessandro's space is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean and nice. The host kept in touch from the beginning, gave us tips on restaurants, places, and was very attentive. Comfortable bed, good bedding, clean towels, air conditioning worked well. I intend to return! Thank you!!!

We love to leave the car in the garage and walk around the city. We'll practically only sleep in the apartment. We've been to Maceió several times, but it was the first time we did everything on foot. Next to the condominium, there is a food court, and on the next street, there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. The supermarket is about 10 blocks away. There is a pizzeria near GBARBOSA where the pizza cost 38 reais, and it was delicious. The condominium is in front of the beach. What was lacking was the garage, which was damp, dirty and dark, and be careful when you leave with the car, which can scrape the ramp. But that has nothing to do with the hospitality Anna gave us. Finally, the condominium is in front of the street of a large school, and next to the sports court of this school. Arriving or leaving the condominium at the time of arrival or departure of the students must be extremely complicated. As for the apartment itself, it has everything, we were able to make our meals on site and it was very clean and fragrant.
