The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a gated condominium, super quiet. It was an amazing stay for our family.

Aunt's place is simply perfect and he was extremely dear and flexible and attentive with us and my whole family - we were in a huge group and everyone was comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The stay on Airbnb was simply amazing, exceeding all expectations — both in comfort and location, close to the beaches. The site is exactly as described in the listing, and Wellington has always been very helpful. I felt at home, literally! I have no points to improve: the space is cozy, private and very well taken care of. Without a doubt, when I return to Maceió, I'll want to stay in the same place. The nearest beach is wonderful, either day or night. If you have the opportunity to see Wellington's accommodations, go without a second thought — you won't regret it!

We spent a total of 35 days in Maceio and in this house. Everything works as expected. The house was impeccable when we received it and during our stay the occasional problems were quickly addressed and solved by Irwing. We were happy with everything. The place is wonderful for those of us who like to be far from downtown. The best beaches with few people are on the north side. The house is well equipped and in good condition. The pool is maintained every day, which is a pleasure after arriving from the beaches.

Large house with four bedrooms (two of them with suites) with new TVs and air-conditioning. * Cleaning/Hygiene of the site: Good. Clean rooms, clean linens and clean towels. * Support: Excellent. The host quickly responded to all the messages, asked questions, and made himself available to help. Final comment: I would return there other times yes, because the cost-effectiveness was very good and the host Emanuel is a very polite and kind guy. It even allowed us to leave after the forecast due to a problem I had on the road and that made me arrive later in the city.

The stay at Alexsandro's house was wonderful, everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely return at another time.

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The house is located in a beautiful child-friendly compound with a very nice collective garden. There are plenty of amenities within the complex, including a spacious swimming pool, a restaurant, a playground,... The house itself is tip top in order, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room and 2 terraces. It is very clean, functional and cozy. We had a lovely time there with our family.

Without a doubt I can say with certainty that it was one of my best accommodations, I felt 100% at home, Luiz is extremely solicitous, responds quickly and gives all necessary support. The apartment is identical to the photos, there is space to accommodate 4 quiet people, I was able to work there because there is also a space for home office, and what surprised me the most was that the apartment had EVERYTHING, 100% complete, all the necessary utensils and a little more, all you need! Apartment with excellent location, on the edge of Jatiuca beach, but it does not have a view of the beach from the apartment, only in the corridor, nothing that hinders the rental, the condominium is a little inaccessible for those who go with a wheelchair or a person who cannot climb stairs, because to take the elevator you have to climb a flight of stairs, but otherwise everything is wonderful, super polite attentive owner and helps with what you need, excellent experience.

The apartment is better than the photos. We arrived and there was a smell of cleaning. Clean bedding and apartment very well taken care of even though it is not a new building. Hot shower and with a lot of pressure in both bathrooms. New appliances. Amanda always solicitous and responded quickly. The location is very good. It's all around. It is on the busiest beach in Maceió, close to the Crafts Market. I recommend the apartment and would like to come back at the next time.
