My stay was amazing! I spent many days in the apartment and was spotlessly clean, super cozy and exactly like the pictures. Gilnison was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help and ensure a great experience. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It was everything super nice, the only bad thing to point out is that the building in front was in construction and therefore the noise started very early, which is out of the Divainade control.

It was all very good, very clean and smelling environment, we felt at home making our experience even more complete. Very well located, close to sights and markets/pharmacies.

Wonderful, of all the places we've hosted this one was sensational, perfect.. All extremely clean and with plenty of ambulances of cleaning supplies, bedding, towels, even beach towels, which in most do not leave anything absurd in other lodging. We stayed approximately 20 days in the space and served us super well. Structure good, I had to work from home office a few days and I had no difficulties, wi fi great. We use the beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cooler (which are available in the apartment) for a few days, which generated some savings. Easy communication with Cleber and Elizabeth, always available. Well located, market and pharmacy nearby. We'll come back :)

The apartment was slime and organized, exactly the same as the ad. The gatekeepers are polite, and the cleaning staff spends every day picking up the garbage. Victor was very polite and quickly answered my doubts. The apartment is right at the end of the jatiuca, to reach the waterfront are about 100m. Me and my husband liked it, recommend it and would definitely be back again.

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Excellent house, great accommodations, extremely clean location... we were 11 people including 4 children and everyone loved the house, the host was super accessible and with super fast support... we left with the desire to stay longer, but we had to go back to work... I highly recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

The house is very good and cozy, it had everything we need. The place is very quiet, perfect to rest. Marcelo is very attentive, kind, helpful and discreet. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was excellent! We were greeted with the house clean and organized! In addition to being equipped for everything we need! There is entertainment for children, barbecue space, hammocks for rest, you can do a run in the condominium and fishing! Manuela and Gustavo were very polite to us They guided us about the local commerce, gave tips on restaurants, bars, beaches and tours, driver contact, transfer and other service providers. In addition to immediately resolving the small unforeseen events! The very solicitous neighbors, concierge too! Thank you for your courtesy and patience with our family! Getting to know Paripueira was amazing! It is quiet, clean water, blue sea, few tourists, good gastronomy, low cost and very safe! It surprised me so much more than Maragogi and other famous beaches! It was worth it! Thank you Manuela and Gustavo, you are differentiated! We'll definitely be back!

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

I made a trip with 2 more friends, and we have nothing to complain about, extremely clean apartment, exactly as in the images, and with all the necessary utensils we use on a daily basis, the location is excellent close to the market, pharmacy and close to the beach. Maceió is amazing and has a lot of cool stuff to do

Excellent stay, super well located near the beach of jatiuca and restaurants, condominium with 24h market, gym, apartment was super clean and the owner always responded very quickly, I recommend it for anyone who wants comfort and ease

Amazing AP, a wonderful location, perfect location, everything very beautiful and organized, close to wonderful beaches, a few minutes from downtown, a wonderful view and a huge mirror very good for taking pictures I loved it❤️😍🌺🥰 The stay was amazing, when I return I will definitely stay here again.
