What a lovely little gem we found!! Very clean and smelled lovely as soon as we walked in the door! The whole cottage was clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed and the cottage is very homely, warm and welcoming, we loved it!! Walking distance from Southport and there is plenty to see and do locally with lots of options to eat in or out. Jodie and Paul are great with communication and very friendly, they have created a very peaceful relaxing space where we felt completely at home.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Amy’s place was perfect for our stay. Private and easily accessible through the side gate. The place was extremely clean and well decorated. We felt right at home. The beds were super comfy too. Amy was very accommodating and made the sofa bed up for us at late notice which was equally as comfortable as the main bed. Would definitely recommend and return.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

We spent a couple of days at the house and it was everything we were hoping for and more. Our family met up for a get together and the house and its location were perfect for some quality sharing and caring. Matthew an excellent host providing great communication and information. Our daughter has been having a difficult time at school and we wanted some away time so we could create some positive memories and the house and location were ideal. Thank you.

Denise was extremely helpful and approachable. She took the time to send a few messages to ensure we were clear on check in. Denise welcomed us and showed us to the lodge. The lodge was super clean, well equipped and Denise even supplied the basic condiments, tea, coffee, juice, milk with some welcome biscuits thrown in! The lodge was also dog friendly. The kids loved their bed room and we were all very comfortable. We had a great stay and the lodge more than met our needs. We plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay, Karen was the perfect host, really responsive to any questions we had and there were lots of little extras in the caravan that were so helpful. Really clean and tidy. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - we will be back 😊

The caravan was lovely and felt like home. Found a lovely easter treat in the fridge 😋 and lots of little homly perks around the caravan which made us smile. Check in instructions were straight forward and detailed directions were given in plenty of time of arrival. Prompt responses from lisa and paul throughout the duration of our stay with useful tips to make life easier. A very enjoyable holiday in a lovely home and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only slight downside was the shower temperature. (Not sure if its shower related or user error 🤣) However, It did not ruin our holiday or our stay in any way and would definaltly love to come back again in the future for a longer stay to explore more of the surroundings. This property was beautiful, and as described. I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home from home. We visited with our dog and a lovely touch was the dog basket with blankets, towels and treats. It was spotlessly clean and had all the little things that you seem to forget when going away for a few days (salt, pepper, cleaning products). The host was very attentive and sent us so much information beforehand (where to visit, eat, local shops etc.) The property was situated in a quiet area with a little pond opposite us, it was lovely to see the ducks plodding along throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a few days relaxation, sight seeing and peace and quiet to give this property a go!

Beautiful location and accommodation and excellent for people with reduced mobility

Great last minute weekend at Blackpool blocked in this accommodation to take kids to Pleasurebeach. Very close to pleasure beach. Accommodation was homely, cosy. loft bedrooms which the kids loved. Maybe take a night light for kids bedrooms as pitch dark when vellux blinds closed, also a night light for landing if need to navigate coming down to bathroom at night. Nice little surprise welcome pack! waiting on arrival.

Elaine’s property is perfect. She has definitely gone the extra mile to make sure everything you could possibly need is there for your use. The property is in a very quiet location but within easy walking distance of Poulton centre with plenty of off road parking. I strongly recommend Elaine’s property.

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us while we were visiting relatives in the area. Sue is a wonderful host, responsive and very welcoming, and we felt very much at home. Our dog was also well catered for and enjoyed the safe and secure garden. There are lovely walks nearby, especially along the River Wyre and over towards Singleton. We would heartily recommend this place, and hope to return one day soon.

Beautiful house, made to feel really welcome and it was a home from home. Samantha was really helpful and responsive on the build up to our stay. A lovely little surprise for the kids on our arrival with an Easter Egg hunt and some delicious home made scones from the hosts local cafe. Can also recommend a visit to the Cafe Royal. The beach in Fleetwood was really nice, this house was a great base for us.

My partner, daughters and I stayed in the lodge for 2 nights and had an amazing stay! The lodge was lovely and perfect for us, Becky and Mark were fab hosts too - so friendly and accommodating! Not too far from Blackpool so great for a day out with the kids.
