Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a third bedroom with bunk beds, we also have a travel cot available. There is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower, and separate WC. It has a fully fitted kitchen with in built washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Large open plan lounge, dining area, the house also has a small well kept garden with outside furniture.
