Cottage vacation rentals in Lytham St Annes

We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

Perfect hosts in an idyllic setting, with all you need to make it feel home from home

We booked Upper Crumble cottage to celebrate my husbands birthday and my retirement. It was everything we wanted it to be . The setting is amazing, so beautiful and peaceful. The blue bell wood was in flower and well worth the walk around. The cottage itself was spotless, good quality bedding/towels. Well stocked kitchen, we ate out at a few recommended restaurants from an abundance of leaflets etc in the cottage, but also cooked and had cosy nights in after any days that had involved alot of walking. The hot tub was that little extra to feel really pampered. Sarah and Stewart were extremely helpful and were more than happy to show us the amazing garden and let us stroll round at our leisure. It has to be seen to be believed, stunning. The cottage is perfectly placed to visit many places, most were 20-30 mins away, some closer. We felt so at home, if only it was!! Hosts superb, and that's not because they provided some bubbly to help us celebrate. We will most certainly be back.

My partner and I visited the cottage in early June. Not only were the photos a true reflection of the property, the attention to detail that has gone into the cottage is beautiful. The cottage is in an ideal location, with several local amenities within walking distance. Communication with simply booking was both swift and concise. The only issue from our time spent at the cottage was when we were in the hot tub and laughing, a nosy male customer that had parked in the car park of the nearby pub peered over the wall of the private garden making that experience uncomfortable.

We arrived on the Friday for a 3 night stay. The Barn is in a beautiful place inside and out. The Hot Tub was lovely on an evening and the patio fire was great to sit around for drinks early evening watching the Sun go down. Casterton village is only a couple of miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. The village its self had a gorgeous pub 7 mins walk from the Barn which had a great range of food and served Sourdough pizza on Sunday evening after 1700hrs with a lovely warm atmosphere and open fires. There is a great taxi service and some fabulous restaurants near to the Barn. The Black Bull and the Highwayman were fabulous. (We did go to Number 9 also and it was not somewhere I could recommend, service and food really poor.) Patrick and Anika were great responsive hosts and this is a do not miss property, that offers every you need for a fabulous stay. Our little group loved it. Thank you Karen, Denise and Naomi

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

Really relaxing, felt right at home and in the most beautiful, natural location. Our dogs loved the walks and you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be staying here again.

The cottage was very comfortable, perfect location for long walks but also close to Lytham town centre so perfect for the restaurants We were afforded the luxury of an early check in which was perfect The cottage itself was immaculate, and had everything to make it a home from home Perfect cottage, perfect location, and perfect mini break away from home

We had a lovely stay at the coachman’s house, the views are just beautiful. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Walking distance to a good local pub. Thank you x

Great stay at this quiet cottage, we were using the house as a base for me to look after our 4 week old son while my partner attended a nearby wedding, the house has everything you would need and more, is much larger than I expected and the large paddock was a bonus for our dog! John also left out some Easter eggs with it being the Easter weekend which was very thoughtful

We really enjoyed staying at the coach house, located perfectly for access to Lytham and Blackpool. Big enough for 6 of us staying and with enough room for us to have had family around for dinner one evening. The accommodation itself is well kept, easy to find and Liz left clear instructions for access prior to us arriving. If you have a dog the garden is ideal for them to potter round securely. Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

The cottage was perfect for our planned stay of relaxation. It is a beautiful homely cottage that is well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is spacious for 8 adults and has a lovely garden that we may have to come back and enjoy in the summer. There is little to do within walking distance but that is what we wanted. The location is well located for Lytham, Blackpool and activities such as The Flower Bowl. We will be returning next yea. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely stunning cottage. Amazing location with beautiful views. Cottage was immaculate with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had a lovely short stay we used the games room which is a fabulous resource. Garstang is a short drive away if you want to eat out but to be honest if you want a quiet break in beautiful surroundings this is your place. We are already looking at returning next spring 🙂

The Excaliber was the perfect location for our visit. Two sets of shops are 5 minutes walk, including takeaways and convenience stores. 10-15 mins walk to the seafront, easy access by car to Blackpool or Lytham.

A fab stay at Patty’s Barn in beautiful surroundings. We loved watching parachutists jump out of the plane at the nearby airfield, sitting on the swings overlooking beautiful views and chilling in the hot tub. Our toddler loved the Games Room and scooter and felt right at home here. Michelle gave us great local recommendations and we were even able to buy Angus’s eggs on site. All in all, a lovely stay and just what we needed. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Patty's Barn, loved the rural location, great for cycling and walking. The accommodation was perfect - clean, well equipped and a good size. Michelle was a generous host, always friendly and ready to offer ideas and recommendations. Our kids, 11 and 13, loved the games room and kept them occupied for hours. We also loved watching the sky divers land at the centre next door!

Staying at Patty’s Farm felt so wonderful. Michelle and the team have put so much effort into it being a sanctuary! We will definately be back and I may pop up for the foodie events before our next stay! Thanks Michelle it was totally perfect x
