We had our 3 young grandkids with us and they loved it! We loved how nice and comfortable it was. The house is very roomy. We weren’t in each other’s way. It was a nice walk down to the like with sightings of mule deer and elk. Would definitely stay here again!

Leah was a great host! She was very responsive and was able to handle our request. Would recommend 10/10 times, perfect location and look forward to being a returning guest!

Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful location, can’t recommend it more. Everything is well stocked. I didn’t even notice that there’s a whole separate tree house giving our family of 8 more than enough space. Would definitely come back

Stefanie's house was perfect for our family when we were in town for a family wedding. The location was great with a quick walk to a lovely park with a playground. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor sitting areas are lovely. The upstairs playroom kept the kids occupied with tons of games and toys. Stefanie responded quickly to our messages and was a great house! Highly recommend!

Stunning views! Located so close to the national park that we did multiple day trips. Plenty of room for our whole group of 11 and the kids loved the loft upstairs! Hot tub on the deck was an added bonus. The house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Amazing beautiful location. The small creek allowed for us to many wildlife throughout our stay! Very private and quiet location. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Quick stay in Arvada. Easy to entertain 3 tweens/teens with games, movie theater, and hor tub. Clean, close to grocery and some quick food options. Responsive host! Would certainly stay again.

Jennifer’s house was perfect for our family to stay in while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Minutes away from the entrance to the park, close to the town of Grand Lake for supplies, but far enough away you don’t have any noise from traffic or businesses.

Gorgeous house, location perfect for University of Denver graduation! Incredibly clean, beautiful living spaces, excellent amenities. James was super helpful when I had questions.

There were 10 of us plus a dog in our group. We all agreed “Best Vacation Ever” and wished we had more time because there are so many things to do! We loved being able to walk out of the house and hike, the views were breathtaking and we had rain, sleet and sunny days all in a 5-d span. It was magical and can’t wait to return. Joel was an exceptional host and we can’t thank him enough for allowing us to gather as a family in such beautiful surroundings!

Great place to stay in Loveland, CO. Nice & clean . It was large enough to accommodate our big family. Would stay there again!

We communicated with Matthew, the co-host, all weekend. Super friendly and helpful guy. The cabin/house was very cozy for a relaxing weekend and close by to hiking (Golden Gate Canyon State Park) and a fancy dinner out (Monarch Casino Chophouse). We utilized the wood burning stove (after a lesson from Matthew) and the hot tub as well as the kitchen (very well stocked) and both fridges. I wish we could have spent more time just hanging out bc the deck was lovely and the house was so inviting. It had a lived in and rustic feel but in a very clean and comfortable way. Worked great for two families with one kid each. The boys loved the loft!! We even saw a moose right outside the bathroom window on our last morning.

Rabea was extremely responsive and provided great recommendations. We felt welcome in her home, and it was as described in the listing. Rabea was easy to work with and made sure that we were comfortable. The house is in a great location and a wonderful “home base” for visiting Boulder.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Amazing property, extremely clean, well equipped in great condition. Wonderful house for family. Well stocked, well maintained and set up to quickly start enjoying your stay. Couldn't have had a better experience with a property. Look forward to booking again on next visit to Colorado.

This place was amazing… clean, safe, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do! We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was perfect for our family of 8 including our 1 1/2 year old grandson. There was even a crib and a high chair for him which made things very easy! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils… even extra spices, paper products, plasticware, and storage bags were available. It was a very functional kitchen/dining area. The living room was very comfortable and roomy. The office area was very large as well. Wifi worked seamlessly. The beds were ALL extremely comfortable. There was also no clutter in the house at all. My grown 20-something kids enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night after hiking all day and said it incredibly clean and relaxing. There were also plenty of extra towels available for the kitchen and for the bathrooms. I can not say enough good things about this home…best air bnb we have ever stayed in by far!

Amazing and unique house in a great location with a very responsive host. As an example, we had some questions about how a few things worked (AC, jacuzzi) and they arrived onsite quickly to walk us through - and even showed us some stuff we never thought to ask. I highly recommend this home. Enjoy

Very nice house, the master bedroom is huge, having 3 full baths on a vacation was great!

We had a small issue with the TV and Kelly responded immediately, we needed a high chair for a one year old and she delivered one before we arrived. The temperature was in the high 90's and the community pool across the street was used very often by the young families if we were not on a hike or tubing on the river nearby. Plenty of restaurants and shops to browse just a few minutes from the home. Kelly had provided a lot of information for the surrounding areas for hiking and recreation during our stay. We spent each evening on the patio grilling and playing games. I highly recommend this property for a family get together there is plenty of room and a completely stocked kitchen with all the needed utensils, pans, silverware, washed dryer etc....would definitely stay there again, Thank You Kelly
