Our multi-generational group of 7 was very happy at Rachel's place! The home was spacious, updated, and looked just like the pictures. The location was also superb - less than a block away from Washington Park. Rachel communicated clearly and proactively. This property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay there again! Overall, one of our best Airbnb experiences!

Despite that a storm caused a (temporary) electricity outage, we were still able to check-in as planned thanks to Megan! We appreciated the lovely house and even got to see 3 foxes playing near the lake as we were at the dining room table enjoying breakfast!

The Airbnb was fantastic for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and the chairs in the back yard were perfect for soaking up the sunshine! The decor is so cute, too!

One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

It was a pleasure staying in Denver at this beautiful Airbnb for 7 nights! We were a group of 16 people and one dog, traveling from multiple states to visit CO for the week. Ryan was a great host from booking through check out! We highly recommend this Airbnb when visiting the Denver area with a large group! Our group enjoyed cooking meals, relaxing, exercising, entertaining, and connecting in Ryan’s thoughtfully designed Airbnb. It was nice to be conveniently located to exceptional dining, shops, parks, and Red Rock Amphitheater. Thanks a bunch Ryan!!!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s perfect for a multi-family mountain getaway, offering plenty of space and comfort. The layout was ideal, with bedrooms on all three floors and multiple seating areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the two dining areas made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The kids had a blast with the basement games and outdoor hot tub. The scenery was stunning, and the cozy, mountain-inspired decor made it feel like a true retreat. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

This is a beautiful home in a an even more beautiful location! The views are incredible and everything in the home was clean, modern, and as described. We felt so spoiled with those hot tub views, cozy fireplace, private patios for each master suite, movie/game room and a stellar kitchen! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We are saving this home for future repeat vacations and have recommended it to some friends and family as well!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Crestone! We were celebrating a couple birthdays, and our family had a wonderful time relaxing in the mountains. The host left very clear instructions on how to work things in the house as well as how to leave them, and we found that extremely helpful. We hope to come back at some point in the future! This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. The beds were very comfortable and the house is warm and toasty. The kitchen is well stocked and Maria is just a text away if you need anything. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be the cleanliness of the water in the hot tub. While we were there the maintenance person came by to maintain it but the water is very cloudy and needed to be changed. I don't like making negative public comments but that is what we experienced yet we still had a great time at her place.

Great for a girls wine weekend in Palisade. The house had so many fun things to do and the decor was adorable. Had a great time and everyone was really comfortable

Maria’s place was perfect for our long weekend in the desert. We had 8 adults and everyone had their own bed. The large kitchen was great for hanging out, cooking together and socializing. The backyard with pool and hot rub are amazing and the basement ping pong and fooseball were a hit too. We had lots of golf clubs and bikes so the garage space was also much appreciated.

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

Very nice home, accommodating for a large group. Had plenty of indoor and outdoor living space with pool, hottub, and outdoor patio.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

Tiffany’s place was exactly as it was shown in the photos. The kids loved the pool and the entire home was cozy and clean.

Gina was an amazing host! Everything was beautiful and very welcoming. We even took our 7 pd puppy and there was a dog beg for her. The 6 teenager girls loved the hot tub, game room and plenty of space to rome. The kitchen was fully equipped and the girls loved the area to cook in all our meals. We cannot wait to return! Thanks Gina for all the little extras that made us feel special!
