Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and place were very neat with a balcony right along a little river and next to a hot tub. Checking in was easy and the hosts were very polite and caring. Also, we were less than five minutes from the center of Estes Park which has so many outdoor activities to participate in and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had a fantastic week skiing Breckenridge - the capacity to ski in and out was amazing. The shuttle will take you almost anywhere you might want to go in town - and then pick you up! Amenities are stellar - everything is as listed. We loved the convenience of being in a serviced unit - the front desk and concierge are super responsive and helpful. The space itself is light filled, very clean and spacious for four even when using the pull-out couch. Grand Timber allowed us to use the amenities before our room was ready and after check-out which enabled us to ski more days. Highly recommend!

Nice place, cleanand cozy

I was notified that they were unable to accommodate the day before we were supposed to check in. They provided me a phone number which I called and they promptly rebooked me to the steamboat grand. They were very helpful in providing me a different but comparable accommodation.

Place was great. The pull out couch was even comfortable enough for an adult. I would stay here again.

Next time we visit Breckenridge we would definitely stay here. Grand timber lodge has wonderful amenities and the bus service is A+. Everything matched the description. Best place to stay for a ski vacation .

Great place to stay in Pagosa! The kids enjoyed the playground and bike path , we enjoyed the close proximity to town, the back patio and the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were spacious and clean!

I can't wait to go back.

Staying at the Grand timber Lodge was amazing! Kent was a great host and responded quickly to questions and dealt with issues promptly. Definitely would recommend!

Loved our stay here! kitchen was very useful. Views were very cool and representative of Durango (mountains and trains) and it was a quick and enjoyable walk to the main downtown street. Still processing how we got such a good deal for this place!

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff at check in and very helpful all round. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the Hot tub was a bonus! Would love to stay again!

Great stay in a roomy condo with an elevator. Underground parking-which was lovely as it was raining when we arrived. Carts to bring in luggage etc. Clean space. Comfy beds. Kitchen had basic needs. Extra towels for pools/hot tubs. We had everything we needed.

Great place to stay in Durango. We found the accomodations to be exactly what we expected and everything is in walking distance. The one item to note is that the resort charges a $12/day parking fee that wasn't disclosed during booking. Not a big deal but annoying to find out on the second day.

This was the perfect place for our annual ski trip. The suite was spacious and clean, and had everything that we needed to make our stay feel like home. The parking garage was a plus, and the shuttle drivers were great! Will definitely be coming back whenever I visit Steamboat again.
