Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and place were very neat with a balcony right along a little river and next to a hot tub. Checking in was easy and the hosts were very polite and caring. Also, we were less than five minutes from the center of Estes Park which has so many outdoor activities to participate in and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Nice place, cleanand cozy

I was notified that they were unable to accommodate the day before we were supposed to check in. They provided me a phone number which I called and they promptly rebooked me to the steamboat grand. They were very helpful in providing me a different but comparable accommodation.

Place was great. The pull out couch was even comfortable enough for an adult. I would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time. The place is just amazing, right next to the ski slopes, yet calmer than Peak 8. Super easy to get around, either with the car we had rented, or using the free gondola that has a stop just nearby. We didn't ski, but the hotel seems perfect for it, we did however use the outdoor heated jacuzzis with the kids, including the water slide, we reserved twice the private movie theater, and overall just had the best Christmas time. The kids loved the breakfast waffles they have daily in the hotel! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the only point not as great was the sofa bed that is not so comfortable for an adult, although it was more than fine for our older kid. The host was just as wonderful as the hotel, super quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Thank you, we loved it!

Second time staying at the Grand Peak Lodge. Loved it even more than the first time!! You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on the mountain! Thanks Keld!

Awesome place to stay for a ski trip. Shuttle to the mountain runs all day and provides door to door service. The condo had tons of space and quiet neighbors. There are also great amenities available and awesome staff. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The space itself was clean and super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay!

Location was nice, peaceful and had good views. The unit was missing a bed that the description said it had, but the staff on location was able to help with moving units and solved all issues. Staff were helpful and responsive. Would recommend this area to stay in with or without a family.

Room was great and very clean! We had a great view of the lake and hot air balloons in the mornings. Room was a good size with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Good size for a family of 5. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils, no condiments. Located in a convenient area near Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the mini golf and tennis courts.

Great ski in/ski location at the base of Peak 7. Overall property is great! Hot tubs, pools, restaurant and shuttle to town. Studio room was perfect for one night (4 of us). Easy check-in and heated garage made it super easy! Condo was clean with a well-stocked small kitchen. We will return again! Thanks Caitlyn!

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff at check in and very helpful all round. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the Hot tub was a bonus! Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The inside of the room was enough space for us 4. The beds were so comfortable and very clean.

Great stay in a roomy condo with an elevator. Underground parking-which was lovely as it was raining when we arrived. Carts to bring in luggage etc. Clean space. Comfy beds. Kitchen had basic needs. Extra towels for pools/hot tubs. We had everything we needed.

Kristine, the manager, and Alex, were exceptional! I was in Durango having a knee replaced. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. they even had a lovely gift basket delivered to me!

Perfect location within the Sebastian hotel! Jackie‘s place was exactly as described, we would definitely stay here again.
