It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

We recently enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful home, and it had been ages since our last family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the spaciousness and charm of the property. The home was perfect for our family, featuring four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The cozy living room and dining area were ideal for family dinners, and the new appliances added to our comfort. The decor inspired us to call Z&Z Photographer for a family portrait, as the home provided a stunning backdrop. The outdoor area was fantastic, with cozy bonfire and grill nights, and the breathtaking view of the Cordillera mountains enhanced our experience. Our hosts, Elmer and Aura, were incredibly hospitable and always available to help. We truly fell in love with this place; it felt like a slice of heaven! I highly recommend this home for families seeking a getaway. It’s a perfect home away from home!

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

Tuki Nest is very spacious. It’s ideal for family hangout/bonding. If you want to escape the city and be one with nature, this place is totally worth to stay in. Our host Tamara is very proactive and gives clear instructions from booking to checkout.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, popular attractions, and conveniently close to the highway, making it super easy to get around. And the host is very responsive, too. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

Highly recommended for families with kids! This place is very toddler-friendly and perfect for those visiting Baguio with young children. The building features a playground in the common area and a spacious deck where kids can safely run around and play. The bed is also very comfortable.

Myrna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she even provided complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rally's place was very homey. The view from the living room-balcony was spectacular. His place is equipped well. All amenities are in place. We had a wonderful time. Rally's place is within walking distance to the Mansion and Wright Park. There are also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back if we visit Baguio again

Good place, pretty much exactly what’s advertised. Keep in mind that if you have guests, they have to trade in their IDs for a visitor card. That was pretty annoying but more of a building policy than anything else. Great views, great HVAC system, very nice and accommodating host. Would book again

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 Kristine’s unit is superb! What you saw in the listing is what you get. From the entrance to the whole unit is really clean and organized. The lock is truly a smart lock, so you don’t need to worry about losing the key. The biggest plus factor is her trusted person Elvie, who comes to tidy up every other day. The host is easy to reach out and always concern about your stay if everything is okay. If I need a 1-bedroom accommodation again, I will definitely come back to this place.
