We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chadi’s place. It was simply wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Her staff were super friendly and helpful. The condo staff were great as well. We enjoyed all the amenities. From watching K-dramas to sipping coffee while watching the sunrise from the enclosed balcony, we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, a wonderful city park, and night market. We’re already planning our next visit.

The place is great, very clean and private. my family love the place. Pool is clean and has fresh water (not the chlorine one) near the city. Pet friendly, if you are passingby to Bataan, this is one of the place you should stay.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

It was my second time staying here, and just like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Everything was accessible for us, and the space is just enough for my family to move around with ease. Check in and check out were as easy as a breeze, and Ate Chona - the caretaker has been truly amazing. She made sure we had what we needed and even lent me an adaptor so I could work during our stay. We had some issues with the water, but they were quick to act to fix it. I highly recommend the place, especially for families looking for a place to stay in Baguio without breaking the bank. I will for sure book this place again when I get a chance to visit Baguio again.

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The Clemente Farm was probably one of the best stays we’ve had. The host, Catherine, was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. The property itself is peaceful and secluded, making it perfect for unlimited karaoke. They also provided us with a delicious breakfast and even cooked exactly what we were craving. Definitely a 10/10 — we will absolutely come back!!

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The place is clean and Aileen was well accommodating. If you need a place in Angeles City, near to almost everything, like restaurants, banks, atm, etc. I would recommend this place.

I stayed here in 2020 and fell in love with the place. It is a great place to stay if you want to have some peace and quiet and get in touch with nature. Huge plus for the gym and the lap pool. Customer service is top notch! I will keep coming back.

Overall a good place to stay. 10-15 min walk to mall/grocery/BGC *** Only issue is that there are Roaches 🪳, like A Lot. I don’t think it’s specific to this unit, the whole building has them. During my 7 day stay I personally killed about 30-40 of them. They are BOLD. Come walking right on the counters middle of day, even with lights on and you sitting there. I personally grew up with roaches 🪳 so it wasn’t the end of the world, but if you don’t have a tolerance for them this unit is not for you. A bit smaller in person than it looks in the photos. The building staff/community were all very friendly and welcoming.

Good venue to host team buildings, lots of amenities

We had a great stay in this resort. The place is very big and well maintained. The living room and kitchen are so big, so our guests can move freely. Their dining area and outdoor dining area are spacious too. The pool is clean and water temperature is warm. The bedrooms are spacious as well. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Overall, we don’t have any complaints as the resort is top tier. It is an old resort, but it is well maintained. Vilma and her husband really take care of this place like their own child. One thing that was a little downside was the flooded street outside the resort. But it has nothing to do with the resort itself. Vilma has set the expectation to us even before our checkin; and she has provided instruction on where we need to reroute to avoid the worse flooded area. But overall, we had a very nice stay in this resort. It is highly recommended

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

Jerge place is a haven for people who love nature. I love the place and how they built it. When I walked around I smell the sweet of the cashew fruits and the sweet smell of the trees that surround the place.
