I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

Worth its price. Space is just enough for 2-3 persons. Host is very accommodating. Toiletries are provided but a free drinking water would be a plus! 🙂

Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

I had an Awesome Stay! Split Aircon and a fan inside the unit made it very cool inside, the summer heat was nothing. Over all Five star. It can’t get any better

We initially booked this property because of the king-sized bed and location but it turned out to be so much more. The hosts were responsive and would make time to check in on us. They granted our requests and immediately solved some issues we faced. The unit is spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated. We like that it is situated in the corner so there’s privacy and space. The location is perfect, walkable to most areas in BGC. It has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and the staff of the building were friendly. The small fee payment for checking out late was understandable. We would recommend this airbnb to our friends and family, and would book again in the future.

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. This place is superb! I like the fact that it is very convenient to the different malls and places around Makati. The place is also what is exactly in the photos. It’s clean, quiet, and beautiful. first and foremost, big thanks for letting us stay in your property despite the fact that it’s my first time booking in airbnb. anyway, place is private and quiet. area is accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc. spacious for 2pax. pov as a mom, i would prefer to have a smart tv available for my baby to have options what to watch and/or for her to be entertained since we stayed home most of the time. also, for future guests, if you will bring fruits or something that needs to be cut, make sure to bring knife or scissors. not sure if the property is allowed to keep such utensils but yeah, the place has no knives/scissors. we bought mangoes but then we ended up bringing them back home hehe wifi is good, me and my husband were able to work smoothly during our gy shifts. parking slot is ok. lastly, i liked the fact that it’s self check-in. less hassle for both parties. kodus for being so responsive and proactive. will definitely rebook if we need to go back here in Dagupan. ty!Godbless

Booked the studio flat for 3 weeks. It was clean, spacious and complete with basic amenities. Wifi speed was top. Lovely host and staff. Ana was always responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the town centre, market and supermarkets. Public transport everywhere. Highly recommended. Will definitely book next time!

If you want to be near the Harbor Point area in Subic KC's place is great.

Our stay at Edgar's place was great. The location is very accessible, near Anonas LRT station and it's very clean and safe. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Edgar was always responsive and accomodated all our requests. The room is exactly as described and was perfect for us. We will definitly try to book Edgar's place again if were ever in the area.

Hi Sheradelle and Sha -- thanks so much for letting our family stay at your place! Sheradelle was super responsive to all our questions. The house was amazing—really unique, and we loved the design and vibe. We had a great time during our 3D2N stay. The pool is just right in front of the unit, which the kids really enjoyed. Jacuzzi worked well too—just needed to drain and run it once to clean, but not an issue at all. Kitchen had everything we needed, ACs were super cool, and the TVs had YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Amazon Prime— which is very cool! Totally worth it. Would definitely book again in the future. this place was very nice and big. had a gym that could workout, also a pool table inside the unit. Any amenities needed was available. Mr Jaques was a excellent host and responded to any issue or request very fast. I would recommend this room to anyone it's like being home away from home.

This is a great place to stay right near the action. It's a large one bedroom apartment with a great little kitchen, dining table and huge lounge that was great for watching Netflix etc. The bathroom has a jacuzzi that was nice to relax in. The building is a bit old, but it was still a great place to stay. No issues with noise outside and a great breakfast and bar next door at the Wild Orchid and the new Malaysian restaurant across the street. The massage place opposite is great too. Definitely recommend Nigels place, he was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Maya’s Nest was beautifully furnished, with an urban cabin feel and the comfort of the countryside. The unit is spacious for a studio, and is perfect for staycations. It’s quite comfortable as well! The unit is in a charming compound with security guards, so it feels very safe. There are also bath bombs and bubble bath available to use in the tub! Truly relaxing and luxurious. I can’t wait to stay here again!
