Townhome vacation rentals in Luzon

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

We enjoyed our stay at the property and both the host and the lady who looks after the property were very helpful and attentive at our needs. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend the place for families who want to spend quality time in a beautiful place like Batangas.

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The place is clean and Aileen was well accommodating. If you need a place in Angeles City, near to almost everything, like restaurants, banks, atm, etc. I would recommend this place.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! This place was easy to find, the guards were nice. The house was also nice, everything was clean and feels right at home. The beds are soft, all the linens are newly cleaned, and all other amenities are complete. The host is very accommodating, always available like 24/7. Ms. Khim replies so faaast and it's easy to talk with her about anything or any inquiry. Appreciate the host a lot! Thank you and if I'll ever be back, I'll choose this place again.

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

Our family of five had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. We were originally booked at a different unit, but it was cancelled last minute due to a water supply issue. Thankfully, Ms. Aileen came to the rescue and truly saved our vacation. Her place was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The nearby stores and mall made everything convenient, from dining to shopping. Our kids especially loved the pool. It was calm and safe, and they had such a great time swimming and playing in a very family-friendly environment. What made our stay even more special was Ms. Aileen’s kindness and hospitality. She provided a full supply of drinking water for our family, along with free coffee and toiletries. She also took the time to guide us on where to buy our needs. we're so greatful for her warm welcome and the smooth and fast transaction. we would love to stay again. highly recommended💯

The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

We had a great stay at Ms. Lenn’s place. The place looks exactly like the photos. The cookware is complete, and the neighborhood is quiet and close to the court and swimming pool. In addition, Ms. Lenn was very responsive both when I inquired about the place and after I had booked. Perfect for a relaxing day with the family! 👌

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. The place looks more beautiful in person than the pictures. Worth the money! 👌 We enjoyed our stay because of the clean, neat, peaceful and beautiful place! Plus, it has many board games, didn’t expect the video game, poker table, big TVs in the living room and 2 bedrooms. We also had the beautiful view of the subic bay. It is also near to ocean adventure and zoobic safari. Will definitely comeback and stay at Crispin’s Place. Thank you so much!

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.
