Booked this place for my boyfriend's birthday. Super saya niya with the place. Location is very close sa Megamall at Podium. Like legit walking distance! Some restaurants nearby din. The view at night is, electrifying. Thanks for making my boyfriend's birthday weekend enjoyable ♥️♥️♥️♥️ P.S. Masaya din ako with the place 🤣

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

This apartment was a nice as the photos look. Very spacious and would easily accomodate a family or 2 couples without feeling cramped. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the front door which was important as I was a solo female traveller. Apartment is well equipped in the kitchen, but also the cafe, restaurant and 7/11 in the building took care of everything else. Hosts were great - even helping to address an issue with a neighbours air con unit that was excessively loud. Had a cleaner come in twice and they did a great job too.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is situated in a very convenient spot. Lots of Pet-friendly restaurant nearby. The place is very peaceful. I enjoyed reading at the balcony while listening to the sound of the forest beneath. Worth what we paid for. 😊

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay at Manila Best Apts! Our 9-day stay at Manila Best Apts was fantastic! Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the 18th-floor unit offered breathtaking city and golf course views through floor-to-ceiling curved windows in the master bedroom. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean, with two bathrooms featuring large showers, plenty of storage, and a well-functioning washer and dryer. Marlon was an excellent host, always quick to respond. When I mentioned the bed was too firm, he immediately sent a down comforter to make it softer—such great hospitality! The only minor issues were that the kitchen knives could be sharper, and the master bedroom AC didn’t always work perfectly, but it was still functional. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again!

Raizel’s place is exactly how it is described on the listing and so much more! It is so close to everything! Minutes from everything you need. Raizel is very communicative and gave us lots of local tips. The place is very clean and cozy. Amenities were great! The building employees from the guards to helpers were all amazing. The vibe, the view and ambience of the condo is impeccable. It is worth every penny! If you are reading this a looking for a place to stay in BGC, look no further! I highly recommend Raizel’s place.
