Great little place in a great location, steps away from many restaurants, bars, museums and shops and in the other direction, steps to miles of walking paths along the river. The place has everything you need and big windows with afternoon sun. What a great find! Fabian was super responsive and helpful. I arrived earlier in the day and he was very accommodating, so nice!

We felt extremely comfortable - Gera is a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit, and this is especially true for the neighborhood where this property is located - right on the Weiße Elster with the pretty bridges and views! We spent two days at Lake Hain and enjoyed the tranquility and the great surroundings very much. The cozy, small apartment is perfect for 2 people, from the balcony you have a beautiful view over the lake. Parking is available nearby and within walking distance are restaurants and cafes. Lutz is a very good host, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. The place is super located with the ÖNV directly and quickly (about 15 min) to the train station, downtown or Quaterback Immobilien Arena. Ideally suited for two people and very well equipped. Also with dishes, towels, etc. Shopping m outside the front door and 3 bakeries to choose from. We will be happy to come back.
