With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

The marketplace is only a 3-minute walk away, the Saale bike trail is right around the corner, just like the train station in Weißenfels and the sights. Make yourself at home in my apartment. It is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, with two box spring beds and a sofa bed in the apartment. Linens & towels are included. No parties allowed!

Newly renovated apartment with the best connection to the local recreational areas of the Leipzig Neuseen landscape. Due to the close connection (4 km to the A9, 2.5 km to the A38) to the highways, you can reach the center of Leipzig, 19 km away, in about 30 minutes. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach our outdoor pool. 1 km to the east is the Lützen zoo and climbing forest together with the Gustav Adolf II Memorial.

Looking from the bathtub into the treetops or rather leafing through Humboldt's graphic work? End the day with a glass of wine on the terrace, recharge your batteries for the discovery tour through Naumburg and the surrounding vineyards or rather hang out in your pajamas on the sofa? Either way: the library in the Weinvilla 1901 is the perfect place for whatever you feel like - and quite sensual!

Our accommodation offers modern comfort in a quiet location. Everything is freshly renovated: new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom – just to feel good. With three bedrooms, a large couch in the living room and a nice outdoor area with a grill, there is enough space for up to 6 people. Perfect for families or small groups looking to relax. Shopping facilities are also provided.

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
