For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. The small apartment offers a bed room with a small double bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing maschine. The apartment is located along on the street.Its also located in the city centre, close to the river.Its 5 minutes walking distance to the train station.Leipzig is only 30 min. away. The Saale bike path is opposite the road. We offer free parking space on the secured yard and a bicycle stand.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

From my centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The marketplace is only a 3-minute walk away, the Saale bike trail is right around the corner, just like the train station in Weißenfels and the sights. Make yourself at home in my apartment. It is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, with two box spring beds and a sofa bed in the apartment. Linens & towels are included. No parties allowed!

Due to the close connection (4 km to the A9, 2.5 km to the A38) to the highways, you can reach the center of Leipzig, 19 km away, in about 30 minutes. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach our outdoor pool. 1 km to the east is the Lützen zoo and climbing forest together with the Gustav Adolf II Memorial.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
