The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a living room with sofa bed and adjoining shower room, and a small bedroom with single bed and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. Linens, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket 2 km. It is a 5-minute walk to the AZL Luhmühlen, and to the Westergellerser Heide event site it is approx. 20 minutes' walk (2 km)

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Heath areas only a few kilometers from the house. The heath blooms from August to September.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
