Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

There are 2 bikes available and a bus stops almost outside. Within walking distance there is food, drugstore, pharmacy, snack bar and an organic shop.

The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The "Honigspeicher" is an old wooden house that has stood on this site for over 240 years. It is a place steeped in history, located in the heart of the tiny village of Hartböhn. The house was completely renovated in 2024 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.

Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.

Whether it's long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire pit, it's up to you. The Waldhaus is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and saunaota.

In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.
