Our family of 11 adults and three kids got together to spend Christmas at Regina's place. We had a blast. The place is beautiful and the property very well kept. Regina was kind to let us use the main kitchen and dining room so we could have our meals together. The game room was a plus and we spent a lot of time there. Regina and her family helped us during our entire stay. We will definitely spend future vacations here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modernly furnished. We particularly liked the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

We had a wonderful weekend at Christina's cottage! Everything was fine, we didn't miss anything. The view from the terrace goes unobstructed into the countryside, which we enjoyed very much. We will definitely be back :-)

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you're in the right place. Direct access to the lake is just great. The forest is not far. Beautiful hiking trails and walks with the dog. After the 3rd day, my son missed the Wi-Fi. Then we went to the kiosk (free WiFi) and downloaded his podcast. We stayed a week, could have been longer. There's a lot to discover here and in the surrounding area. I'm sure you'll be back.

This was the perfect home away from home for my extended stay! The home and surroundings are beautiful! Everything was perfectly curated, professionally updated, and personalized. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Kallmunz and the castle, a quick drive to the highways, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and all while feeling secluded and serene. Reinhold, Sigi, and Bibi (their sweet pup) are so incredibly kind and welcoming. This is a fantastic value, one of my favorite stays, and I would highly recommend paying a visit!

This spot of earth was really great. Crazy, you're on the lake - no matter which direction you walk in. Outdoor area super well maintained - the hot tub was our highlight. Inside, some things could be slowly overhauled or completed - but this is "complaining" at a very high level. We loved staying and very happy.

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was very clean and well stocked. The only disadvantage was the lack of blinds in the living room, as there is a house with a garden right across the street. Therefore, not so private, due to direct view into the living room and kitchen. Otherwise everything was great. Value for money top.
