Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lugano District

Good morning, Erica. We will soon be leaving for Milan, leaving your beautiful apartment. I left 30 EUROS on the furniture in the room to pay the tourist tax. We really enjoyed being here and your hospitality. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t very good. If we ever return to Lugano, we won’t think about staying anywhere else. I hope we didn’t leave your apartment in a mess. My family and I thank you very much for everything. Stay well and see you soon.

It is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. The unit was clean and Sara was kind and helpful with the check-in. Definitely a place to go for next time.

We stayed at the " monastery" in Astano for a week. The apartment is very nicely decorated. The square in front of the open fireplace is very cozy in the deep armchairs. The kitchen is super equipped. There's really nothing missing. The bedroom is nice, the mattresses are good. We also liked the fact that we were in the middle of the houses and in the middle of the village. We felt well taken care of and want to come back.

The apartment is very quietly located. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything you needed. A great covered terrace where you could also sit outside in the rain. Outside, it has a great pool. The location of the apartment is really ideal. You can quickly reach Lugano. The bus is a 2-minute walk away. If we go on vacation in Ticino again, it is clear to us that we will rent this apartment again. It's really just great.

We thank Regula and Martin for the lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It has a pool, terrace and garden. The view of the lake is magnificent. Regula and Martin are very friendly!

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

Sandra and Raffaele are exceptional superhosts. The house, perfectly clean and complete with every comfort, is in a beautiful location for romantic walks along the lake. Also great as a connection point with other cities. We hope to be back soon. Highly recommended!

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!

Very nice, professionally developed Rustico. The attention to detail and the sense of the function and the respective material are unmistakable. Even in not so sunny weather, it can be perfectly switched off. Arriving by public transport was problem-free and the walk for shopping is absolutely feasible for somewhat active people. We are already considering when we will come back.

A beautiful wooden home! This house is one of the nicer ones we had ever rented. Very nice ambience, spotlessly clean. Too bad, we were only there for one night.

This property was such a find! The four of us all loved spending time in the space (which for us is rare - we are often out and exploring) and it meant we actually had a restful time away. The property itself was exactly what I expected from the photos - stunning views. Our favourite feature was having a variety of outdoor balcony spaces - suntraps for the morning, shaded next to the kitchen for hot afternoons and the lower ground tucked away for evenings outside. Our friends came by car which was helpful as it's much faster driving into the centre of Lugano (recommend parking at the station Park & Ride or Migros for a groceries haul). If we had no access to a car we would have needed to plan our outings a little more (e.g. time for buses or plan in time for walking) but being out of the main town actually meant we were in a peaceful and quiet area. Make sure to do the trail walk up to Mount Bre - it starts just up the road by foot! Would highly recommend!

The accommodation fully corresponded to the online information and appealed to us very much! It was extremely positive that we were able to help ourselves from the drinks/snack bar during our four-day stay, which saved us from having to carry drinks. Although free, we voluntarily rewarded this option monetarily, as it was not a matter of course. Because the weather was very cool and accompanied by sleet during our stay, the air conditioning offered a good way to quickly bring the living area to a pleasant temperature without using the fireplace, which would also have been possible. The large TV and the corner sofa invited us to linger, especially in these unfortunately nasty weather conditions. The numerous kitchen utensils offer more than enough opportunity to cater for yourself. Very practical: The dishwasher. The interactions with Andrea were purposeful, efficient, forward-looking and friendly.

We spent a full week at La Rungia with Sandro and Lisa. The stay was wonderful and met our utmost expectations. The cottage is furnished with love and you immediately feel at home. The furnishings are well equipped and nothing is missing and the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is of course the hot tub ,which is available for private use. The bus stop can only be reached in a few meters and you are in Lugano in a short time and can do a lot from there. I want to mention the communication with Sandro and Lisa, just great. We will be happy to come back soon.

I have to admit that I was amazed. The place was really as pictured and the host was very nice and helpful. We didn't have any complications during the takeover of the house as well as during the stay. The house was stocked with everything (kitchen included). Sebastiano's Tip on what to visit in Lugano have also brought us to great places. Recommended for everyone!

This is my second time staying here! This time was even better than the last: the pictures do not do it justice! The view is amazing!! Raefela is an amazing host, she even bought us groceries, and helped us plan our day. Don’t hesitate to book: this is our go to location for Lugano!

It is a super nice stay at the Maison de Coco we were warmly welcomed by Nuria. The apartment is furnished with loving details and very clean... Parking is available right in front of the house By train( from Capella Agnuzzo) you can get to Lugano very quickly. The train runs every 15 minutes.

Had a great time at Casa Bella Vista! The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and the views are simply beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the BeyondBB team was easy and enjoyable. Thank you for everything, I'd be happy to come back!

At the end of October/beginning of November 24, we spent a wonderful week in Andrea's lovingly furnished apartment. We had to go to Ticino at short notice for a sick visit and only booked with Andrea on the eve of arrival. That was super straightforward and easy. The first reaction when entering the apartment was: "this is a honeymoon suite!". Lots of attention to detail, super tasteful decorative details, various vases with fresh flowers, very well equipped kitchen, good light, etc. Everything was just right! Andrea was very straightforward, warm and accommodating. We felt very welcome and very comfortable! We'd love to come back because it's the right place to relax.

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The apartment is in a very good location, in the city center, and despite its central location, it is very quiet — we did not hear any noise from outside. The apartment is perfectly equipped, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive, she even left some toys for my children to play with! I would highly recommend it!

The place and the place are beautiful. Right on the lake, perfect for relaxing and in a few minutes you are in nature. We enjoyed it very much.
