It is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. The unit was clean and Sara was kind and helpful with the check-in. Definitely a place to go for next time.

The accommodation, the village and the surrounding area are very nice. We liked the quiet location of the apartment (and yet in the middle of the village) very much and it ensured relaxation. The apartment is well equipped. The roof terrace for shared use is particularly great. We will be happy to come back to Astano.

We highly recommend the former customs house: Vincenzo's helpfulness and hospitality, the location, and the cleanliness! Just great! Highly recommended.

Francesco's place is lovely!! It's even better and bigger than the photos. The location is great, it's within walking distance from the main parts of town but nicely tucked away as well in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet - it has everything you need. The view is absolutely incredible and so worth the stay. The pool is also such a nice perk. Francesco himself is so kind, accommodating, and helpful! We 100% recommend staying here.

Kat was a super nice and responsive host, check-in and check-out was smooth and the staying experience was very pleasant. The room is very clean and smells good:) felt like home!

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time in this centrally located apartment in Lugano. It's right near Manor, so while it doesn’t have a city view, it’s close to everything rom shops to public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One feature we really liked was the keyless entry. You can unlock both the street entrance and the apartment door remotely, which was super convenient. P.S. there is no elevator, only stairs, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. Wi-Fi was available but occasionally was missing. Overall, a great option for a short stay in Lugano!

We - two adults and one dog - spent 11 wonderful days at Villa Rocchetta. Elaborately and stylishly renovated and tastefully furnished by Paolo for years, the villa is a true gem. The terrace and several small balconies offer a sight of Lake Lugano. The garden also invites you to linger. Paolo is the perfect host. Friendly and accommodating, he always responded immediately to our requests. We felt completely comfortable.

Lovely apartment - modern furnishings in the living and sleeping areas, and a view that you just cannot get enough of. My wife and I stayed for 4 days, and could easily have made it a week. Nice and quiet area with a couple of places for a coffee or glass of wine within 15-20 mins walk, and a nice walking 45-60 min loop with incredible lake views right out of the front door. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, exceptionally well-appointed apartment with absolutely stunning views over Lake Lugano. Even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, with a lush, tropical garden, a perfect lawn, and huge terrace. Adrian was a very responsive host, and we had everything we needed and more for a lovely stay. Plentiful towels and clean sheets, a relaxing hot tub, and comfortable, stylish furniture. The lake properties provide direct access to the water and are beautiful and tranquil. Just a word of caution to dog owners and families with small children that the road between the main property and the lake can be dangerous, with no sidewalk and fast driving cars. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing break from the city.

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!
