Great stay! I had a problem with the front door closing, but we managed to solve it pretty quickly thanks to the agency's determination (I had to call a couple of numbers). Clean home, supermarket very close.

The place was ideal for 2 couples with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was there and more. It was clean and it had a spacious terrace with a one million dollar view. Well-equipped kitchen, wood for fireplace were ready. Christoph gave us tips and he was accommodating at check-in and checkout. Thank you for the lovely stay - we will be happy to come back.

The place was great. We enjoyed it very much and were able to relax very well. The view is just great. Highly recommend it.

Very nice place! Spacious, two comfortable double beds in the two bedrooms. And the view from the roof terrace is a dream!!! The colorful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom 😅 we have lovingly called the Rustico "Villa kunterbunt" ;)

Beautiful stay, very clean house. A bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome. Very good grotto 2 minutes walk. Very quiet.

This property is immersed in nature and promises a glorious view and absolute tranquility. The hilly area is wonderful to explore on steep hiking trails. The rustico was clean and cozy, basic amenities are available. There is no refrigerator, but you can enjoy the luxury of a warm shower. There is light in the house, but I would recommend bringing a lantern for outside. Romina is very friendly and showed us everything, communication was straightforward. I'd love to come back.

We are really delighted with our stay at this place. The setting is amazing, quiet, peaceful while still very close to Lugano. The neighborhood is also very nice and you shouldn't hesitate to walk around to get some height and enjoy some views. The garden and house are simply exceptional. Everything was very clean and functional. We were two couples of friends and we didn't step on each other's toes (it would have been the same if there had been 6 of us). Renata is adorable, gives detailed and clear explanations (with video and photos as supports) so we had no issues finding access or entering the accommodation. There is a lot of quality equipment (for example the kitchen is extremely well equipped and allows you to spend excellent moments of sharing with friends) and the place is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and we are already thinking about coming back! Thank you 🙏

Great location, right on the lake above an osteria. Totally quiet in November. The apartment offers everything you need. And yet: there is a bathroom with (very small) bathtub (although no photo of it is published) .👍🏻

The house has wonferful views. It was super equipped with everything we would need and more. The small garden is fenced therefore for us travelling with dogs was perfect. The area is perfect for hiking and enjoying local food, we just love it

Despite the beautiful photos in the listing, we were surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the large glass windows on the lake and the city. We particularly liked the modern layout, all held in white, gray and a few red elements. The 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers as well as large closets were built in behind the sliding doors, leaving a large blank space for the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped in a luxurious way. The location of the apartment is perfect: We were able to park in a reserved space in front of the building; 7 min. to go into town. Without a car we took the funicular at about 500m or the bus at 100m. We'd love to come back for a future stay.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

It was pleasant, but it was a bit cold and the window didn't close and maybe you could offer a little more things like snacks, hair dryer or what you just need in everyday life. So for 170.- you could just get more providers otherwise it was very nice.
