Built in 1800, the house has been nicely restored, with wooden beams, exposed bricks and a modern decor that makes it comfortable and relaxing. House of 90 square meters to 300 square meters and an external. Perfect position to reach the most importants towns of Tuscany (Florence,Pisa,Lucca,Siena ). Montecarlo is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. And where we stayed was beautiful, steeped in history and views across the town. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed with local olive oil and wine which was lovely. The restaurants are great, our favourite was Ca Sandra just by the apartment. Beautiful food and lovely staff. Montecarlo is a place to relax and enjoy Italy.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Camilla pour ces instructions toujours claires et sa réactivité. Même si nous avons été en autonomie, la proactivité de Camilla par messages, toujours agréables et bienveillants, nous a donné l'impression d'être accueillis en personne. L'appartement est agréable, spacieux et situé dans une zone très calme. Sa situation à mi-chemin entre Pise et Florence est idéale pour visiter ces deux sites majeurs de la belle toscane. Nous recommandons cette adresse et n'hésiterons pas à nous y arrêter à nouveau si l'occasion se présente.

Notre séjour chez Damiano et Tommaso s’est très bien passé ! À notre arrivée, petite surprise : la piscine n’était pas encore en place. J’ai immédiatement informé Damiano, qui a su réagir avec beaucoup de réactivité et de professionnalisme pour que toute la famille puisse en profiter pendant cette belle semaine. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et bien situé, avec un grand terrain où les enfants ont pu jouer librement – idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le cadre est superbe, calme, tout en étant proche de Pise et de Florence. Damiano et Tommaso sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, tout le monde était ravi. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The villa is beautiful and the pool was delightful. The area was spectacular and the village was quaint and authentic. The hill up to the village was very steep and a car is a necessity, walking with a small child was not really an option. That said the restaurants are good value, the food fantastic and worth the effort. Marie was ever helpful and I thank her for all her assistance, including booking restaurants for our first night.

Sehr authentische Toskana Wohnung. Etwas abseits von der Hauptstraße bzw Altstadt. Recht ruhig gelegen. Parken war etwas schwierig. Hinter dem Haus fließt ein kleiner Bach, an dem täglich die Frösche ein Konzert gespielt haben. Stört überhaupt nicht. Trotzdem der warmen Temperaturen sehr kühl. !!Wichtig für Allergiker und Hundebesitzer!!, in die Wohnung können Katzen über den Keller herein kommen. Hier war Lisa so freundlich und hat für uns die Katzenklappe verschlossen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Lisa und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Sandro's apartment on the outskirts of Montecarlo, a lovely old little village within easy walking distance. The accommodation is exactly as described, with a marvellous panoramic view to the South. Lovely comfy bed, good bathroom with nice shower, roomy lounge to relax and a kitchen with a view - massive picture window. We were there to go birdwatching - there are many good places to see lots of birds within an easy 30-60min drive. We saw 23 species just while sitting on the terrace, (there is lots of lovely uncultivated habitat all around) and we also heard nightjar, tawny owl and a nightingale after it got dark. Great! Be sure to download the (free) Merlin app to identify them all.😊 Easy drive into Pisa for an unmissable trip to see the World UNESCO sight, including the leaning tower. Thank you, we had a lovely time.
