Fabulous stop after visiting Cinque Terra. Well stocked and extra clean. Beautiful, classic home that extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was magical. As soon as we arrived and saw the house and the property we decided to prolong our stay for one more day (and we would stay even longer if we could). The house is amazing, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 2 families with 4 children aged 8 - 12. The pool was a hit with them even though the water was quite cold but it did get warmer every day (we were lucky to have a very nice weather for this time of year - end of April/beginning of May). The hosts (Theresa, Paco, Diego) were also amazing. Even though the "pool season" starts on 10th May, they filled it on our request. The day we arrived they prepared traditional tuscany dishes for us and there was so much food we couldn't eat it all. They also sell their own products, olive oil, wine, vino santo, cantuccini... The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in one place and drive each day to visit places such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Sienna... We would definitely recommend this property!

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!

A wonderful, peaceful, grand villa in a tremendous garden ( more like a park ) The interior is beautiful with loads of personal accents. Livia and her team have taken care of us, as excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. We were all very impressed!!!

We as a family had an amazing stay at Johns villa, all the pictures are good but in reality it exceeded our expectation. The pool was a resounding success, the gardens are immaculate with wonderful aromas from the jasmine and herbs growing. Everything you require for both the pizza oven and barbecue were there at hand, the villas have good quality linen, towels and well stocked kitchen items, you want for nothing. John is a brilliant host who also helped us organise taxis for the family back to the airport which we were very grateful for. To John and his team we’d like to say a big thank you for making our holiday a great success.

This was the most magical place so spend a week in Chianti! The villa is exceptionally beautiful, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were spectacular, with many things to do and different areas to sit and enjoy. My toddler especially loved picking strawberries from the small garden and collecting eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The hosts were lovely and helpful with any questions we had, and took great care of us. The town of Gaiole in Chianti is very close and with great restaurants and things to do. A perfect spot I can’t recommend highly enough!

Highly recommend!! Our family had the best experience. It was exactly what we dreamed of and it exceeded our expectations. Maria Teresa was helpful before our arrival providing restaurants, day trips and transportation information. They went out of their way to turn the heat on in unseasonable cooler weather. The views are a Tuscan dream. The pool was beautiful and even though shared with the family it felt very private, we never saw anyone the whole week. The huge terrace off of the living room and bedroom is entirely private. The beds & robes really felt like a high end hotel. The road to the home is narrow and steep but we had no problem with a van, and it made the experience even more authentic. The home is stunning, we’re lucky we chose this location. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

The place, view and Marcos & his family were absolutely amazing! I’m not sure if anything can beat the view and peacefulness of this place and you won’t want to leave. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the south side of Florence. A little bit longer if you want to go to the city center but you can order a taxi or go to the taxi stand which is about a 15 minute walk as well from the villa. I would absolutely stay here again if in Florence and Marco and his family will make you feel like part of the family!

A beautiful home, architecturally special. Lots of space, well structured. Camilla is an amazing host. So communicative and responsive. Points to note if staying, taxis can be a challenge so if not driving talk to Camilla on options / early taxi booking as busses din’t run late and it is not easily walkable. Beach shoes a good idea to pack as it is worth the stroll over the rocks to hop in the sea. Would recommend the location just for the views.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

We really had an amazing stay! The location is ideal and peaceful, a real haven of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The pool is beautiful, with stunning views. The accommodation is very charming, very functional and very clean! Eugenia is welcoming, extremely kind, available while being discreet, and offers good advice. Vittorio was very friendly and responsive. The property was as described and in a peaceful and private setting but with Lucca easily accessible. The accommodation is spacious and extremely clean and would be good for a large family gathering.

The villa was beautiful! Very peaceful and a great base for exploring the region. Lorenzo was very helpful before we got there and while we were there. The entry road is steep, so follow his directions on the type of car to get. Once you drive it the first time you’ll be fine!
