It is a one bedroom apartment, like a studio, with 3 beds. One is on the first floor in the open area, the other is on the top floor in the open area (this is a two floor apartment). The bedroom is on the second level. There is a bathroom with standing shower on the 1st level. The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200).
