A great apartment to stay. Just as you see in the pictures. Location is pretty close by bus to the Bahnof (train station). The bus stop is below the apartment with some grocery stores as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Dieter was a really nice host, and checked in to see how we were going. Checking into the apartment was super easy and it was all very clean. The best part of this Airbnb is definitely the location and amenities. If you’re looking for an Airbnb with amazing views from your window, that’s still close to Lucerne city (both walking distance and easy bus access), then this is the one! All the appliances and furniture also seemed brand new, which just added to the really nice feel of the apartment.

The place was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. I traveled by car, so the location was perfect for visiting Interlaken, Lucerne, and Zurich. It was a comfortable and convenient stay — highly recommended if you’re exploring the area by car!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! The supermarket is right across the road as well as a bakery. Very close to the bus stop to take you wherever you need. We liked that it was a smaller town with your own car park, we used public transport to get around, it was very easy. Spacious place and very comfortable. Super friendly and helpful hosts, highly recommended!

Hans place was great and Andrea was great at communication. The location is great, only 8 mins to the center station. The waterbody described is walkable however not much to do on this side of the lake. The apt building is sorrounded by office building and a construction site which can be noisy in the am on weekdays, wasnt much of a problem for us as we were out and about early most days. The bedroom was nice and clean, however had two relatively smaller pillows and I agree with someone on here that the bed couldve been a bit more comfortable. The place is kept quiet cozy even when it was 50F out, we couldnt control the indoor temp so opened the windows and used pedestal fan provided. The bathroom was nice and clean, however there were no shampoo/shower gel, its ok as we got to explore to the nearby Migros mart which is maybe a 10 or so min walk. The kitchen was nice and clean, had all the crockery that one would need, we made breakfast almost daily. Overall great stay and recommended

This was one of the most incredible places we’ve ever stayed! The views were even more stunning in person, and the house was so lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. Cony is the most amazing host — so friendly, warm and helpful, even assisting us with local grocery recommendations during a public holiday with many store closures. We felt so at peace during our short stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The apartment is really nice and we felt right at home, which was not least due to the warm welcome from Susanne and Maarten. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you have almost everything you need for a short break. The location is an ideal starting point for excursions in nature, as well as to Lucerne! Close to shopping, as well as nature (with Lake Baldeggersee). If we take another trip to Lucerne, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was big enough for 4 adults. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. Everything was already prepared for us. Kitchen and Bathroom had everything you need already. The stream behind the house was a pleasant surprise. It was a thrilling mountain drive from Lucerne and Thun for us. Better to drive that hilly stretch during day time for the view and for safety. Highly recommended for families.

By far the best Airbnb experience Beautiful apartment in a quite location with easy access to Luzerne via bus The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable with a fully functional kitchen and a huge bathroom Best part was Mark his wife who were super friendly and made our stay extremely comfortable. Also their adorable cat Lumi greeted us outside the door day and night Must stay place if visiting Lucerne!

Great little apartment with great views of lake Luzern and all the amenities you need

The perfect Airbnb and the perfect host. You feel at home as soon as you enter the apartment. The spotless apartment had all the amenities mentioned and Patrick was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate additional requests, due to extreme heat we had requested some table fans to beat the heat. He immediately acknowledged our request and next day we had two fans in the apartment. The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood (except for the church Bells which you will eventually get used to). Very close to Lucerne, easy day trips to Pilatus, Titlis, Interlaken, Zürich, Grindelwald and lauterbrunnen. Patrick place is very affordable compared to other Airbnb's and worth every penny. Highly recommended and will definitely book this place the next time I visit Switzerland.

We felt right at home. We would really love to stay here again as the apartment was wonderful and the view outside is amazing. The only problem I felt is that at night there is very little lighting on the highway so to walk from station to the apartment is little bit risky post 9:30 p.m. But apart from this every aspect of our stay was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and even cozier and more spacious than it looks in the photos — it really felt like staying in a little house rather than an apartment. It’s decorated with a lot of taste, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Engelberg is perfect: a beautiful, peaceful village within walking distance to the town center and the gondolas to Mount Titlis. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Nora's was excellent. The apartment keeps what it promises in the pictures. Nora is extremely friendly and provided us in advance with all the necessary information about the apartment and its use. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love, so you immediately felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Reding is a great Host and was always ready to help for everything that we would ask him to do. He was always available and communication on whats app was very fast.We all just loved staying at his place and would definitely go back and stay at his place.

Very caring hosts. The accommodation is superb, perfectly located in a peaceful village less than ten minutes from a town with all amenities. Close to Zurich and Lucerne, the place is ideal for hiking, swimming in the lake and many other activities. I highly recommend the Hall 5 restaurant, a real gem, as well as Lake Zug, perfect for swimming and enjoying a splendid view.

Actually, their description doesn’t really do justice to the beauty of the view. To see so clearly Lake Lucerne and the mountains beyond, hard to capture in photos. We also liked being a bit away from the business of the city and the relative quiet of being perched above Weggis. The apartment itself was perfectly kitted out even including thoughtful details such as a foamer for our oat milk in the morning and a big screen with projector for a rainy ‘movie night’. We’ll be back for sure!
