Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lucerne District

Kathleen’s place was perfect for our stay. Her spot was very cozy and gave us the rest we needed after a full day’s adventure in the mountains. It’s only a 7-10min walk to the train station, depending on how fast you walk. There is a decent hill that slopes down eventually to the front door, so just be wary that you will have to walk up that each time you go to the train station. But we didn’t mind as it woke us up each morning. You also get a beautiful view of the valley!!! I read someone else mentioned spiders in their review, which is true, we encountered a few as well. There was a dead spider squished on the window curtain and another one we saw the following night. But keep in mind this is the mountains so it’s expected. We didn’t mind it too much since the place was so cozy and conveniently located!

I had such a wonderful time staying here while traveling on business. The place was perfect - super clean, very comfortable, and a well appointed kitchen for my needs. I love how close it is to everything in Zug - very easy to walk to get food, shop, and get to my workplace. Also very close to the train station which also has shops for when things are closed in town on Sundays. When I come back again this will be my first choice to stay at! Carmen was a wonderful host, great communicator, and had me set up with everything I needed upon arrival. Highly recommend especially for a business traveler if you're looking for something more homey and with more conveniences than a hotel for your stay.

Everything was amazing! The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is perfect for us as a family. It was fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and we felt immediately at home. Location was very strategic. Few mins walk from the train station. Groceries stores are easily available. The neighborhood itself is beautiful. We really love our stay at the apartment.

Nous avons passé deux jours dans le logement de Flavio. L'appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé. A deux pas de la gare et d'un petit supermarché. La rue est un peu bruyante le soir. L'arrêt de bus pour les pistes de ski est devant la maison. On peut donc tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons eu de la peine à faire fonctionner la cuisinière mais Flavio a été très réactif. Juste dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu trouver d'arrangement pour laisser nos bagages dans un coin le temps de la compétition de ski de notre fils. Mais à part cela, tout s'est très bien passé et nous reviendrons volontiers visiter la région !

Die neue Wohnung von Rafael liegt im 15. Stock, so dass man einen wunderbaren Blick über Baden genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar praktisch und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mit Miele Elektrogeräten, sogar mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, falls man mal länger dort ist. Das Badezimmer hat eine wunderbare Regenschauerdusche und entspricht dem neuesten Stand. Im sehr bequemen Bett haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

A amazing place to stay and the Thai food was five star.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement se situe à l’étage de la maison des propriétaires. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien chauffé. Les propriétaires sont tout à fait disponibles et très attentionnés. Nous avions une voiture et l’accès à Zurich et aux châteaux des alentours s’est très bien fait. Vielen Dank!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Easy to get to by public transport or a walk around the lake. Giuseppe was a great host, always responsive to our queries and also sorted out our Lucerne cards before our arrival which gave us free transport and discounts in the area. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we can return in the future.

Had a great stay at Yi-Tais and martins place with a beautiful view of pilatus and other mountains, in a great location and not far from a bus stop into Lucerne

Dieser Bungalow ist einfach ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Jedes Detail in diesem Haus zeugt von viel Liebe und Stil. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb total wohl und willkommen gefühlt. So war der Whirlpool bereits aufgeheizt und parat für uns. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist da. Weiter lädt das bequeme Sofa zu gemütlichen Abenden ein und später wartet ein sehr bequemes Bett auf einen. Fabienne ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die proaktiv kommuniziert und sehr grosszügig ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

It was a short but very sweet stay at Tom’s airbnb. We were met with a clean space and little things that made our stay memorable. The location is also excellent and Tom has been a wonderful host. Thank you for such a thoughtful stay!

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a lovely weekend stay at Carmen's place. The views were incredible and the house was everything we hoped for. Carmen was very responsive to all of our questions, big or small. We would absolutely stay again and are eager to plan another trip soon.

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Responsive host, spotless apartment, breathtaking views, convenient to public transportation. We asked for a couple of extra pillows the second morning and they were on the bed waiting for us when we came home from lunch. We initially walked to the unit from the train station, but the 141 bus is very convenient, particularly if you have bags. It goes directly between the train station and a stop just steps from the front door of the apartment (the Schutzenbach stop). Each trip was six francs for the two of us. It's always a gamble choosing an airbnb, but the proximity of this apartment to everything, combined with the amazing views from the lovely and somewhat private top floor balcony, the washer/dryer, the very well-equipped kitchen, and the great host(s) all added up to a very satisfying stay.

This place suited all my needs. It is close the the forest with walking trails. It takes 2 minutes to the bus station where 2 buses depart every 30 minutes and only take 5-8mins.( depending on which bus) to downtown. The suite is in a very quiet and safe area, surrounded by lovely gardens. The suite had everything one needs and then some and was squeaky clean. I like that it had a motion detector and surveillance camera, being an older female solo traveler this gave me sense of security. Sara and Rob’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Lauterbrunnen! It was easily accessible by bus but also walkable from the train station. Everything was well organized and clean. Hosts were responsive and proactive. The biggest draw of Sara and Rob’s place for us was the washer and dryer! We travel very light so laundry is a big deal for us and the dryer worked wonderful! It was also helpful because we did deal with a rainy day and were able to quickly wash and dry our clothes! I would 100% stay here again!! Thank you, Sara & Rob!

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!

Kim was a great host. Picked us up at the train station and provided help with our bags! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with a private balcony with direct views of the mountains and ski resort!!!

Great place and location, very recommend
