Surrounded by nature and with a view of the local mountains, you can enjoy peace and quiet! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Various nearby destinations. This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. For example, the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is old, and a slight musty smell can be detected, which very sensitive people should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.
