A good house also for a longer stay. From the village you can reach Cordoba in 20 minutes; Seville, Granada, etc. are about the same distance (just under 2 hours). The house is cozy, especially for a larger group, several lounges. The pool was cleaned and refilled daily and Enrique was very kind and ready for individual requests more towels, delayed departure).

Both Cristina and Esther have been very attentive to us. We were a very large group of friends with some kids. The place is very good for a large group, in which we have enjoyed both large and smaller ones. There were barbecue areas, pools, playgrounds... A place to repeat.

Under short trip was super nice, we could use the tennis court as well as the swimming pool super and had a lot of fun!

Very nice place to have a good time. l Lots of space and privacy, all clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. She offered us a lot of flexibility with check-in and checkout. Can recommend the place and would come back.

What can I say? This house is the most perfect place to stay. Absolutely beautiful and clean accommodation, with the most perfect, peaceful location possible! Highly highly recommended!

A fantastic stay. It was great relaxing by the pool and having a refreshing swim to cool down (even in October). Nice walks and Carcabuey is a lovely town.

Pilar and her husband have been very helpful at all times, they even agreed to show me the facilities before booking it. The pictures are totally true. We really enjoyed the weekend and the porch area and I'm sure in winter it would also be an unparalleled experience using the fireplace and interiors of the house. We'll be back.

Last year we were on vacation and this year we have returned. The house is impeccable, with clean sheets and towels, and all the utensils and appliances you might need. It has enough parking space, a swimming pool of the right size for the accommodation and a good barbecue area. The area is surrounded by fields and trees, and a few of the same style close enough not to be isolated, but far enough to be quiet.

We had a great week, the house has everything you need, cutlery, kitchenware, kitchen utensils, etc. The beds perfect for a good rest and the rooms and other very spacious areas. We have had a heatwave in Spain but with the pool and the magnificent patio it takes another way, plus what will these houses look like a cooler? Diana and David are perfect Hosts. The Casa is huge - enough space for a family with 4 children. The highlight is the Pool and our Kids loved it A car is needed to get to the location (40 minutes drive from Malaga) Absolute recommendation !

Emma and Dave were great hosts. Responsive before and during our stay, no question was any bother for them. The pool and surrounding areas including middle terrace views were gorgeous. July was perhaps too hot for us without AC in the villa, but outside by the pool or terrace in the shade with the mountain breeze was a dream. Some great local restaurants in Trabuco and Lake Iznajar. A great supermarket in Archidona with everything so fresh and tasty.

We had a great time in Villa Nueva Del Trabuco. The town represents the real Spain, the nature is stunning and offers endless possibilities for walking, hiking and biking. The house is placed close to the local river and you can walk to the town and local restaurants in less than half an hour. The town has nice shops and a weekly market with fresh vegetables and fruit. The house is really big and has a very nice and big kitchen and living room. The patio is well maintained and has plenty of shaded areas. José is a wonderful host and he answers within minutes when contacted. If you have any kind of problem he shows up in 5 min. By the way, the house is placed in the perfect distance to the highway with easy access from Malaga.

The accommodation was exactly as described, well equipped (clothes washing liquid, plenty of plates & glasses etc) The pool was just brilliant in the heat of the summer and the trees in the garden gave us plenty of natural shade. Aircon in the 2 double bedrooms was lovely at night too. The house is on a one way street so we parked at the bottom of the street on the main road as suggested by the owner which was so much more convenient. We can recommend visiting the beautiful new municipal swimming pool in town - €2.70 for adults with a great bar/cafe during the day. We also visited lake Iznajar to swim after looking round the village. There is a large Mercadona supermarket in town with underground car parking , open 9-9.30 every day except Sunday and another supermarket 3 minutes from the house - unsure of opening times! We had a fantastic week here in Rute. Our only issue was the management company not telling us that we needed to Whats App the owner to arrange our arrival time.

Wonderful home, everything you need, the fireplace in the middle of the living room was great! It worked out super that there were plenty of places to sit and talk in the house - 5 tables in different locations, lots of sofas and armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen - we easily cooked lunch and Christmas dinner for 14 people! Thank you and we wish we had been so short (2 nights)!

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. The host, Paco, was very helpful and attentive and really helped to make our time at the villa enjoyable- having gifted us delicious churros one morning which were arguably the best we tried anywhere in Spain. The villa itself has no faults. The house is beautiful and designed in a charming traditional Spanish style. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms had consistently warm running water and were clean also and the kitchen was stocked with every appliance necessary The view from the pool area of the house is very beautiful also and the pool / garden area would be a great place to relax and enjoy in warm weather Overall, this villa has no faults and was an amazing stay for our big family of 9 people. We thank Paco and his son Francisco for accommodating us in their gorgeous villa. Sandra

it's a really lovely place. Location idea if you want to do day trips to Cordoba, Grenada, Ronda, etc. Nice, peaceful and secluded but close to the highway. Pako us lovely too. strongly recommend
