Villa vacation rentals in Lucena City

We had a great stay over the weekend with my family for my dad's birthday. The place is clean, peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The host was also very responsive to my queries and their caretaker was accommodating, making sure that we have everything we needed. The beach is nearby but we had to crossover to the other part of the residences which is just 5 mins away by car. Wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommended this for anyone looking for a comfy and quiet getaway. :)

We stayed at Olivia's place for my little cousin's birthday celebration and everything went well. The place was clean and accurate to the pictures and description. The caretaker was very accommodating and friendly and assisted us fairly quickly. The host, Olivia was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future.

We had a nice stay for the weekend. My peers enjoyed the place also and it was perfect for our gathering. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at Sestra Private Resort! They allowed us to check in early, which was super convenient. Kuya Erwin, the caretaker, was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Paulo, Maxine's co-host, was also very responsive with our questions. The place was clean, the rooms and CR were well-maintained, and the warm water was so relaxing. We also had a lot of fun with the karaoke and billiards. Highly recommended for a chill and hassle-free getaway for big groups!

Thank you to the host too, for being responsive to questions. Only thing I would recommend - I hope you dont charge the guests for towels, or you should provide towels that are free or charge or included in their stay. Yun lang, god bless! ❤️

The Sanggumay home provided our family a warm and safe haven for the weekend. My parents who are both octogenarians felt right at home. They were pleased to note that they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs since the rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor. It had complete amenities from towels, blankets to toiletries. The house has a lovely kitchen which we enjoyed- from preparing our meals, chit-chatting while nibbling on snacks at the kitchen counter. The home theater was a treat for both my husband and father who enjoy watching movies on Netflix. The glass walls allowed us to take advantage of the view of the garden and take in a lot of natural light which was wonderful! Gani’s brother Ibarra , was a most gracious and helpful host. He toured me around the house and offered assistance should there be some concerns during our stay. The buko pie welcome treat was a sweet gesture and everyone appreciated it. Ang sarap!😋 Will definitely consider a 2nd visit visit!🫶🏼

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

Great place for family gathering!

We stayed at the villa for one night with our family group of 35 people, and overall, it was truly worth it. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and ambiance. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were complete, and the common areas were perfect for bonding and relaxation. One thing we noticed, however, was that the beach area had quite a bit of trash scattered around. It would be great if the management or local authorities could regularly clean the shoreline to match the beauty of the villa. Despite that, the view of the sea was still beautiful, especially during sunset. We really appreciated how the villa could comfortably accommodate a large group like ours. There were enough facilities and spaces for everyone to enjoy, whether for lounging, dining, or just hanging out. It’s definitely a great spot for reunions or group getaways. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we’ll comeback!

Amazing villa or resort. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Definitely, a great place for group of people or family get together. The host Bon is an excellent host as well as her local staff.

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

The entire family truly enjoyed the beautiful place, clean and the friendly staff. The place is spacious and convenient for all especially to the elderly who needed to stay at the first level bedroom. Our New Year’s Eve was so much fun! The only thing was there were no extra blankets for the pull out beds. They were so cold during the night and ended up turning off the AC. So just an advice bring your own blankets if you’re planning to use the pull out beds. Otherwise the place was perfect. Thank you so much for accommodating us. Rest assured we are going to reserve the resort in the future again.

A great place to stay in Laguna. My family had a lot of fun. The caretaker is very nice and accommodating. The host is approachable and honest.

The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, and the place itself is absolutely charming.

Great deal, the place is good for small gathering. Functional bathroom, free access to karaoke, strong wifi connection. My only concern is to secure the place away from stray cats. They can go inside and it is not safe for kids. Care takers helped us grill. Over all it was a relaxing stay for us.

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

Had an amazing stay, everyone from my company said they love the place! Will definitely book this again on our next company outing. Highly recommended! Caretaker is also accommodating. And lots of shop outside and walking distance from the resort. Overall Experience 10/10!

The dogs are so welcoming and friendly too! The food is also delicious so that's why we'll be coming back again. We had a great family holiday get-together in Casa Lipa! The house is clean and lots of parking space. The place is gated so our fur babies can freely roam around. Kids had lots of fun in the pool too! Also, there is enough room to lounge around play games with the fam. Ate Belen and Kuya Jay were also very helpfiul with our needs. We will surely be back here again soon :)
