The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Cooking food is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. I'm sure you'll spend a great time at this cozy place.

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.
