The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. The apartment is located in the rear side wing of the old-town house, in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open-plan studio, a sofa bed invites you to relax, and a kitchenette provides space to enjoy light meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic, where there is a cozy double bed; right behind it, you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for the more active among us.

The furnishings are in Scandinavian style, with designer furniture, trinkets and the original plank floors. A crib and high chair are available. The old town is a few minutes' walk away, as are the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, the Wakenitz, pizzeria, bakery, weekly market, supermarket and organic shop.

Our apartment is located in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a typical Renaissance gable house. From here you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holstentor, the museum harbor, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander through Lübeck. Right outside the front door, the bus stops, which takes you to Travemünde in less than half an hour to the beach.
