The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was excellent. María was very friendly and responsive to to all of our questions. There was bit of a language barrier but fortunately Maria's son was on hand to help translate in person. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a trip full of activities, so when the day ended we just wanted to get to a comfortable and cozy place to rest and Victor's apartment was the best place for it! Nice, pleasant, comfortable, conveniently located and with everything we could need and more! Finally, it was a pleasure to contact Victor, he was very attentive and very kind to us!

100% recommended. Having a garage, at least in Easter, necessary.

Very good stay, very close to the beach, there are shops nearby, I would recommend it and I would come back, flexible hours to enter and leave the apartment.

This is the second time I have enjoyed this apartment, and I can't like it anymore! It's well located, a short walk from the center and old town of Avilés, with shops, great restaurants. The apartment is very nice, it has a terrace, very clean, that I have a garage is an additional point, arrive and park, very comfortable beds, well equipped, in short, I am loving going to Avilés and this apartment makes it easy for me. Directions and contact with the host, very simple and effective. If you want a place to stay while visiting the city and surroundings, this is perfect.

I have to say..that if you are looking for a place to rest for a few days.. do not think more ..this apartment is very comfortable and flirtatious.. has all the amenities you need.. and some very yyyy comfortable bathrooms.. in which to take a relaxing shower...I liked them a lot.. the kitchen has everything you need .. you can prepare a very rich coffee. the host..very kind.. attentive for everything I needed.. It is close to everything.. it is not necessary to take the car.. We really liked the detail of arriving..and having a bottle of cold water in the fridge..and fresh milk too. Highly recommended.

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

Delighted with the house and the views! The spaces are even larger than in the photos, we had a great time, everything was very comfortable and top quality, the beds were wonderful, the bathrooms were impeccable and the view was beautiful. I would go a thousand times!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, welcoming and with everything you need. From the hosts, everything was easy, good willingness and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

Vanesa's accommodation is great for spending a few days with the family, as it has entertainment inside the house and has everything you need to spend a few days.

Everything is phenomenal, the apartment is not lacking in detail, with very good quality throughout, the owner is very nice, it is worth it and it is a pleasure.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent weekend! An ideal apartment for a couple, perfect location, 10-15 minutes from downtown and breathtaking views.

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths.
