The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Communication with Alba was excellent, she allowed us a flexible arrival and helped us find the accommodation, when we arrived there she was waiting for us, she told us where to park, where to eat, where to have some ciders. The apartment is super comfortable, close to everything, the sea, restaurants, supermarkets. We had a great time. We will be back!

Paula and I had a great time at Armando's place. Communication was always very easy. There is nothing lacking in the apartment. The view of the waves (and there were a lot at this time) is beautiful. The place is in a great location. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

It's been a 10 experience. I'll repeat for sure again. Cozy, clean, comfortable apartment, stylish furniture, modern, downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great. To put something that I think, it can be improved if there is no washing machine. If the stay is long, it's missing, however there are always solutions for it. The interaction with Angela was great, friendly, precise in directions and she responds quickly to any unforeseen events. We will definitely be back to this apartment!

Perfect stay. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. In addition, the location is unbeatable: close to everything with easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach. I would definitely repeat without thinking.

The house is wonderful and is on an even more charming beach. Its private beach has incredible rock formations, full of oysters and other bivalves. The house is charming, very well decorated and Victor is very generous with his tips, which we enjoyed very much. Always available for all our questions. We will undoubtedly return to this heavenly place.

It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

Everything was a 10!! Great and very attentive hosts. They even waited for me with the food because they took into account that at the time I arrived it wasn't going to be easy to find a place to eat, and everything was delicious. The house is as described and shown in the photos, that is, impeccable. Highly recommended and I would repeat if I needed to return to the area. A plus, private parking.

A quiet and beautiful place, ideal to go with your pets with good fencing to escape-proof dogs and a terrace that for me is the best part of the house.

We have been 3 couples spending the weekend and the house is very good; comfortable and in a very nice environment. Both Ricardo and Pablo have been attentive and close, promptly answering questions or some request we have made to them.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Check-in was easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. In addition, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, as it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us, as we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we don't usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the service and the place. Highly recommended.

We have spent some great days in Asturias. Laura's house is perfect for getaways or to have a good vacation in Luanco. We'll be back!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
