Only 5 minutes drive from Saxmundham shops (including Waitrose), you are perfectly placed to explore a beautiful part of Suffolk’s heritage coast, including Aldeburgh, Snape, RSPB Minsmere and Orford.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

The Stables - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.

A warm welcome awaits you at Castle Farm Old Dairy. Tucked away off a byroad on the outskirts of Framlingham, the Old Dairy offers peace and comfort in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. This is a comfortable self catering cottage, located in the grounds of Castle Farm, offering an open plan kitchen living room area and a double bedroom. The wet room has shower, wash basin and toilet.
