On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
