The apartment was designed using a traditional french motif. The bedroom and kitchen are just off of the main living area; While small, the bedroom and kitchen are very accessible, with high end finishes. The main living room is central to the apartment, it is impeccably designed using west elm furniture, and has a 50 square foot window overlooking infamously lighted-tree lined Addison street. The living room also has a functional gas fireplace and a built in desk which overlooks a quaint Philadelphia street. There is a wonderful outdoor patio off of the bedroom complete with a fountain, an antique iron patio set, and a skyline view of Philadelphia.. The whole apartment; full kitchen, outdoor space, grill, fireplace Yes. Please call or text or message through airbnb. The apartment is in an upscale neighborhood in Philadelphia with many small, intimate restaurants within walking distance. It’s central to many of Philadelphia's best attractions, located directly between Rittenhouse Square, Center City and South Street. The location is perfect and the apartment couldn't be cozier. Cabs and Uber are everywhere, but the location can't be beat...walking is best and preferred. Venture over to Rittenhouse square for a taste of elegance or check out south street between 14th and 17th street for a more mellow but exciting nightlife and restaurant scene. Walnut street features great shops. And Chestnut street offers a more traditional nightlife and dining experience. All are within a 5 minute walking radius. Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Larry & Marla's place was incredible. It is a quaint row home that is actually their home so there is a level of comfort this place has that can't be described. What I enjoyed most about this Airbnb is that it is in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. Because it's away from "the city", there aren't strange characters roaming the streets at night. I went on a few walks at night and felt perfectly safe. Additionally, it's nice to have a dedicated parking spot 50 feet away, just around the corner. Sure, this home may have some small flaws. Keep in mind this is an old home. The stairs are going to creak; you may have to pull some of the doors a little harder for it to latch, but that's a minor inconvenience for the area you're in. If you're looking for a nice, quaint home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood and if you remember there is some "character" to the home because of its age, then this is the place you want to stay!

These gentlemen were very kind, friendly and down to earth. Their home was extremely beautiful and worth the expense! We truly enjoyed booking with them and look forward to booking with them again in the near future! This is a very nice place, conveniently located, with great amenities and supportive and responsive hosts. Very nicely appointed kitchen, great laundry facilities, two bedrooms each with its own hallway bathroom and a pull-out privacy wall between the two. Very thoughtful provision of basic supplies available for guest's use. This worked well for our needs visiting family in West Mt Airy where there are very limited available accommodations close by. We could have stayed at a hotel on City Line Avenue for significantly less money, so there is an open question as to whether this accommodation is competitively priced, although it clearly provided more convenience and comfort as well as a closer-in location to family.

John was very responsive and accommodating. The location just a few blocks away from downtown Kennett Square can’t be beat! The house was well equipped, and quite charming. The beds were new and comfortable, and the linens were top-notch! The stairs to the upstairs and the attic are narrow and twisty, but easily navigable for the young and healthy. It might be worth taking into consideration if anyone in your party is not the steadiest on their feet. The large attic bedroom was especially cute! I think children would love staying up there - it’s a great space!

Our stay here was amazing. It was very spacious and a beautiful home. We booked it for the weekend of our wedding and invited our friends from out of state to stay with us in one central location. There was always bathroom space available for everyone to get ready in. The kitchen made it a great place for us to gather. I have gorgeous getting ready photos with natural light coming in the main bedroom. Joel was kind and responsive. He checked in with us throughout our stay and made sure we had what we needed. I would highly recommend his place if you’re looking for a home in Wilmington that can accommodate a group. We made lifelong memories here and I will always be thankful for this space.
